  Awesome mods. Im in the process of doing same thing on a 2013 48. Got one quick question for you. Will that tail piece work with the stock shocks, which are 11 3/4?

  Yes, this tail piece will work with the stock shocks. I used this same part on another motorcycle and kept the stock shocks on it. Everything fit fine.

  @SPEKTXR thanks a lot bro. It's been a challenge finding cafe racer parts for a rubber mounted Evo sportster where the frame angles down. Again, thanks bro
