Yes, this tail piece will work with the stock shocks. I used this same part on another motorcycle and kept the stock shocks on it. Everything fit fine.

yeah, these are the parts I used: • Arlen Ness Smooth Stage 1 Big Sucker Air Cleaner • 2 Brothers Sportster Comp-S 2 into 1 Exhaust • Burley Brand Café Racer Tail Section for Sportsters • Progressive rear shocks Harley - Davidson Clubman handlebars
