Natural saturated fat in food is not dangerous. Keto is the constipation diet. You eat food not fat. Lowering cholesterol with food is not the same as lowering cholesterol with ststins. Low fat foods is full of startches and will raise blood sugars. The Medierranean diet is not low fat. Every cardiologist seems to push way too many carbohydrates. High blood sugar will destroy your arteries.
Dr. Haider, I'd love to see this comparison using the new Butterfly IQ3. Is it as good as they say?

Hi Dr. Haider, I am a pre-med student interested in interventional cardiology. I was wondering why hypertrophic cardiomyopathy would occur ? I know that sometimes it can either be caused by genetics or get a viral infection. Does the ventricular septum become inflamed, or is it additional muscle growth specifically in that area? Thank you for taking the time to answer my question
Not scientifically accurate. With so many sub-types of both diets, it’d be hard telling what factor played a role in the health of probably hand-selected people.
