How durable do it get? Seems like you have to spend a lot of money to make it durable but that it still won’t be as durable as its competitors like granite grom or mjx 14 series.

If I use the 3s lipo on the nickel hydrate battery mode will that affect the car or battery?
If you don’t change the ESC for lipo you could over discharge the lipo battery. Setting it to lipo mode is designed to detect low voltage and stop the model from over discharging the battery. It won’t affect the ESC tho.
if you in insert NiMH and have the low voltage protection there is a process to make it work. otherwise it will always low voltage protect. video on traxxas channel.
My transmitter is flashing green when i turn it on what does that mean? Is it the low battery warning for the transmitter?
Been through three motors running in deep water need something diff than traxxas motor

How do I check which mode my ESC is in without changing?
Unfortunately there isn’t a way to see which mode it is in besides being knowledgeable on each mode and driving it to see how it’s running.
I didnt rly understand what the shock oil does on rc car?
The oil slows the motion of the shock piston. Heavier oil, more friction. Lighter weight oil, less friction. Springs also control the inward motion. Springs are the only part that pushes the shock piston back out and sets the ride height.

Did you tape the Battery bro?
This wasn’t my truck. They guy didn’t tape the battery, no.
Need help. Transmitter won’t turn on. Changed batteries and looked at wires is disconnected and everything is in tacked. Does not want to turn on.

the wires that come out of the motor are black. the three on the ECS are color coded. WHich ones connect to which?

This guys doesn’t change shock oil on the regular. I can tell because he doesn’t laugh at the sound made when slamming the shaft in and out emptying the oil. Hang on I take it back he uses 1/2 sockets to hold shock bodies vertical when filling that’s gold baby!! Great video man I like videos exactly like this that get straight to the business and don’t have excessive life stories and lengthy apologies to your patron about the lack of videos because you became a father.

What tires and wheels are those? Looks awesome. And how did you lock the front diff??
Those wheels are the stock ones it came with. I took the diff apart and locked them with JB Weld. Pretty sure I made a video on how to do that in the playlist but if not there’s vids out there on how to do it.

I had a 1/16 slash. Did Merv convert. Missed slash body. Stock mounts clear 1/18 ecx ruckus tires perfectly. Minor trim on tail of bed for wing perch and cut back bottom corner off rear wheel well. Extend wing perch with spacers and presto. Now I miss the lockups
Just seen your video these it work in the Jr Score truck to want something that me my son and nephew can play with 1/10 is a little to big for him
