You forgot that the eclipse first touched land in the Revillagigedo islands in Mexico, it was not in the Sinaloa region

I traveled down from Kansas City to the missouri arkansas border area. Weather was great hardly any clouds. I didn’t get to see the 2017 totality but I made a 4.5 hour drive for this one and it was worth it.

I’m on the FW/Arlington boarder and kind of wished I’d had gone closer to the center of the path. Still, watching it from the comfort of my own back yard with all the booze and my own restroom was the best ever! Such a surreal experience that I’ll never forget if I don’t happen to catch another. Hopefully my Wife, kids (who knows maybe even some grand kids too) and I will be around in 2045 for the OKC one. Definitely going to try and catch that one God willing!

So a giant piece of cheese with 2100 Mike diameter casts a shadow measuring 120 miles diameter? 😂😂. Let’s see that simple demonstration to prove such nonsense. Impossible. So now we know how far away that cheese really is. Hint: It’s nowhere near 250,000 miles away.

1:49 We were just outside of Doniphan MO. That was the most amazing thing I’ve seen in my entire life and I’m 50 years old. I’d pay just about any sum of money to see that again. I feel bad for anyone who missed it

Plattsburgh…. Another AWESOME Solar Eclipse. Better this time because we didn’t have to travel and we were right in the middle of the path and the cirrus clouds parted 10 minutes prior to totality. Great Times.
