  I'm pretty sure Ghoti is pronounced like fish. By the conventions of the English language, GH makes an f sound for example (enough). The o makes the i sound (like in women). The ti is a sh sound (lotion, potion,etc.)

  The d barriers are pretty uselessly vs vs branded when u just dark lock them. It makes more sense to play the bystiala instead. Just more ways not to auto lose go second vs the puppet lock

  Hard to get the lvl 4s on feild and v abyss shark can't be used for bahamut cuz it's not a number xyz. You could use the few lvl four monsters u have but it's needed to go into the lvl 6 syncro to start the ghoti engine.

  Ive been tinkering with reprodocus and dis parer as relacements for gardna and barrone, with anima replacing linkuribo. Docus gets you the dragon you need for pater summon, you still get the negate with pater and it can also recycle misc. frustrating ban hits because now you need more resources to make a slightly less effective end board Edit: also no other link 1 options beside anima unfortunately - they all have out of type requirments 😭

  New supports from sneak peeks are still tournament legal before the official release date. It is possible to get first place especially when these new supports actually made Melodious meta in OCG and can actually make an impact in TCG soon

  @DoomsdayDeviceGaming sneak peek don't make the cards legal. Sneak peeks are pre release where you can get the cards but you cannot play them until next week. These tops are misleading as a result

  @IamJerf no they are not. They are legal until a week after. You can buy cards on sneak peek but Konami doesn't allow use until official release. The fact that these ppl claim to reach 1st place is misleading because it's not possible to play the new cards in a OTS yet

  @darklaw7635 check the FAQ again it says a week *before* they are tournament legal not after. OTS have the option to run a Premiere! Event Tournament. A Premiere! Event Tournament is a Constructed tournament where Duelists are allowed to add their new cards from LEDE to their Constructed Decks to try them out a week before they are tournament legal!

  Condemned Witch uses its effect in your opponent's main phase, where you are no longer affected by the Melodious lock.

  as long as you dont search a forbidden chalice/ droplet, you arent locked at all. It tributes itself for light statue on opponents turn, and Harmonist only locks you if you special summoned non-melodious cards. So you can normal this just fine.

  yeah witch seems kinda bad, cause if you start with first movement or use link 2 bloom you cant even pend summon witch at the end of the combo so you have to normal summon it out instead and if you already had to normal with refrain then youre just kinda beat

  I am no YCS champion, but must have been scrub opposition he went up against.. When I first heard that I thought it was a mistake but it felt as though he got away with it all tournament. Bloke didn’t just misplay/cheat, the opponents seemed to let him do it and get away with it. 🤣🤡

  3 lost worlds + terraforming & 3 scrap raptors is a must in my opinion. Lost world + oviraptor = apollousa for 2, little knight, uct, colossus, misc recycled in deck for follow up & nemeses flag in hand for uct effect. Lost world + scrap raptor = apollousa for 2, little knight, uct, colossus, misc & flag recycled again, and another rank 4 of your choosing. I don't play poly or the bricky xeno package either.
