Absolutely enjoyed listening to the First Gentleman that spoke and the tips he provided. I believe if more administrators would follow his advice would relieve themselves of possible top heavy management or absolute difficulties with aligning. Completely appreciated all whom spoke in this session.

They don't help people get loans I called in my state and they were not helpful! This is just to make it look like they are making an effort how many people actually have benefitted from this program?
It is real and yes in Tucson Az my mother has got a home through this and only pays $350.00 a month she is on disability brand new house ! I applied as well and was approved !!

There are so many seniors in my Mother’s neighborhood, above 76, who are in desperate need of repairs/safety modifications to their bathrooms. Perhaps I’ll undertake the application process for them to ensure they don’t fall through the floor while using the toilet. Shame on America for making it so difficult for these who took care of us to remain independent.
Yes would like to see the forms in full screen & video showing filling out an actual form package. I want for me & other seniors to be able to follow along & repeat if necessary, till we get it right. Plus we get tired & need to take breaks but we can follow thru to completion. I want to help 200,000+ seniors to get off of housing & FS. Plus I want to help them set up a 2nd chance retirement with, home equity, Roth401K retirement fund(goal is to get $600K+, 501K- whole life insurance (goal also $600K), plus home biz & investment knowledge. This will be better than rent receipts for low income seniors. They will all learn how to pass wealth down to the family & get off of housing & government assistance & we promote this. By building wealth we can help others as most seniors would be grateful.

I'm so disgusted with the lies I've got to stop this. I don't even want to finish your show. It's amazing. The kind of lies you tell people so that they will give you funds and you never ever ever actually see any of us say anything. Now just in case anybody questions who I am, I am or was a single mother who's an honor student who just recently found out. I have lupus lost my child and I'm having to fight to get him back along with having a major lawsuit against human services with approximately 100 other parents and a legislator in Aurora. I am that person that will tell you the truth even if you don't want to hear it. Because if I tell anybody the truth more it would be my self. I'm the person that will make sure that people stop being victimized and start being helped and will put myself as a bridge gap if necessary to ensure that it happens. I'm that person that maybe the loudest, but it's only because I'm the only person talking mostly since people are terrified to lose their place to stay. But here's what I figure. I'd rather speak the truth and be homeless knowing I finally said something knowing I stood for. It was right. Then have my head in the sand and question whether or not my honesty might have actually happened to help. Another person not die in this building or another parent not lose their sobriety.
Harm reduction! You mean shaming people for losing their sobriety because you have facilitated having multiple drug dealers in the building and rather than kicking them out, you attacked families?! Ignoring things you mean like ignoring mothers who are on methamphetamine as well as heroin have no food in their cupboard. To kill themselves but you don't do anything at all whatsoever?! So as long as the person is either liked by the supportive service director or doesn't cause them any issues then I guess they get harm reduction support being treated humanely. I on the other hand had to sit outside of my unit with my 2-year-olds waiting for a maintenance guy to come let me in My apartment after he did not fix the doorknob that he was supposed to fix a weak prior at 10:00 at night and he rather than actually come left me and my son there and did not come nor did he lose his job. As a matter of fact it took months for a he lose his job 10 months of ignoring every single thing that needed to be fixed in this building and months of utilizing drugs and stealing from people's bill apartments and having sex in their units for him to finally get fired.
We aren't even allowed to have outside visitors for the first two years. We weren't allowed to have anybody here at all and now we can only have one adult at a time. We have to have permission previously to anyone spending the night and they have to leave their ID, pick it up when they go and we have to stay with him every second. So if we have a dog that needs to be walked that person has to leave the apartment with us to walk the dog and everything. There is no freedom here. There is no honesty here. There is no future here. Do you know how many people have died since this building opened!? Well here. Let's start at a rough number of at least five! At least 5 people have died in this building within a matter of a couple of years of being open. More than one of those deaths have been questionable because those people were quite young. As a matter of fact, one recently died was the mother of a young child and was about my age. She was involved with the guy next door that beat the crap out of her just like he beats the crap out of his daughter and just lost her boyfriend cuz he died too. It makes me wonder what's really going on this building? But seeing is nobody else will wonder and those people like me. That actually say something about the fact that I'm not getting the support that I'm so sad to be getting and they're getting all kinds of money for our heads and doing nothing to help us. I get to have people come back at me and call human services cuz I actually speak the truth!
Almost every single thing that has been stated that is either supposed to be offered or the ideal is not the case here at path. I'm going to be absolutely honest. This place has intentionally disrupted families lied on people illegally invicted people caused people that were drug free and functional for years to absolutely lose everything because they have offered no support and rather have victimize them. This place has chosen to utilize drug dealers and the people who have been the most predator like as snitches so they can hear gossip and avoid dealing with those people who have been the most destructive to this community by l having them move out since they have been the least safe and instead destroyed people who were actually trying and perpetually lied not only on the tenants but on each other. Nothing that you say is supposed to be here is actually here and that disgusts me cuz I have asked for help from these stuff and I've received nothing. As a matter of fact, what I received was the staff here calling into a Arapahoe county Human Services, not once but twice and lying both times. The second time they said I kicked my child! They said I kicked my 2-year-old little boy outside in front of the building! And then when I told them I knew it was them. They both face light to my face and now I have the proof because I got the discovery. Now I am fighting to get my child back from human services because there have been three calls put in two of them here which have both been unfounded. But now human services thinks there may be a problem and because of a concern I fight for my child. Seeing as I didn't know that it was downstairs that called And lied the second time and guess what I did. I tried to involve the staff and ask for their help. Did anybody hear make one phone call? No did anybody hear offer me any kind of assistance? No not in reality. What was done was they would jump on phone calls or meetings so they could be able to get more information about what was going on but that was about it. No one has advocated in any way shape or form for me. No one is actually been there for me. Not even to help me find child cares when my son was here. This place is nothing like you say! All I can say is look at my Google reviews. It's under my name Willessa Stanton. I have left numerous photos including images of emails from the staff here. The reality is not what you say. If you're going to say something, you tell the truth!
We do not have care managers. I have never been given any assistance other then housing even when I have asked for help.

I did break cervical vertebrae and lumbar vertebrae after being inan accident after a required Commanders Call at the NCO club on base. I was NOT driving. Guy drove into the side of a bridge. When I applied for disability with the VA they said there was no medical records that covered that incident and rejected me for disability. I just need some financial help to rent or purchase a home. Please advise me the best Avenue for me to get help.
That is beautiful. I just listened to a HAC web. They talked like robots and pretty much told seniors not to apply because they are too stupid. You sound knowledgeable.
Just say it upfront seniors need not to apply because it's too confusing for them,, h a ha. My dad built his house by himself. Seniors have alot more knowledge than young people.
So your saying it's just too hard for seniors for the repair grant program so in other words when their application. Comes up it's just going to be tossed?
