  @thedok7333 thanks, glad to hear you going with a nice setup. I would recommend using a flight controller and a receiver of your choice to be able to get full power and arm mode, but back in the day i shared the o3 power from the main battery, I would use 3s connector to power the o3 unit.

  @thedok7333 thats a good way to go about it, that will work. Only thing is missing is the arming signal. It will rexord and send video to goggles but will not go long range. It is great for close flying around a small park or overhead. But i recommend going with a flight controller next.

  Thanks pilot! That unit is running an elrs receiver long range combo with Ranger external module and the link can go from 25mw to 2w dynamically.

  Hey 🖐what do you fly currently or what type of flying are you interested in this model to perform? 🤔I like the f16 but i would say the 70mm 6s is fun in this video, but the 80mm 6s will perform even better than the 90mm 6s. And i would recommend either f22 or f16 from what i hear they both fly great on 6s. But if you want stunts like loops and things the faster aerobatic ones are the viper and the avanti or futura models.

  Thank you sir, Thats awesome. Only downside i had was, the receiver had a brownout and lost power during flight and horizon tech was able to diagnose that upon returned shipping and replace it for me. Best luck to you pilot. 🫡

  hey, so yeah if you "not" using any controller to arm the o3, Then i still belive it wont arm for long range.. although i have flight controllers in everything, back with this setup i can fly quite fine. even in this video is all not armed.

  @@Streetreaper89 if you're a good pilot and like speed I would definitely suggest a crescendo. If you like to fly casually than get a night radiant with a J Bauer light controller. Just put on longer wires to put it in the bottom hatch

  @@Streetreaper89 you might want to think of getting an ASW 17 . The asw28 needs a lot of work bye putting actual hinges on it especially the flaps. If you want to have an fpv purpose-built platform. I highly recommend a 2.4 M Ranger it's a long distance capable fpv platform and you can hold a lot of batteries. You can get it from porcupine RC that is the cheapest place I found to get it I have one it has good hinges on it and can carry a lot of batteries

  @jamesturncliff5960 okay! Nice. Ill check it out aswell im only leaning on the asw28 because Im helping my friend who has one adding fpv, alot of 3d files for relocating systems. Including servo relocation and a new battery tray that holds alot more batteries along with the plastic fuse makes it a good candidate.

  yeah you deff correct. But unfortunately the Ama Club wont let anyone fly at sanctioned locations without it presented on the outside of the aircraft by mar 1st 2024. This way if i fly there i will be allowed. but if i dont fly there it dont need it. 🤟

  That was the (5280rc) bluefire afterburn. But its diameter was too large for my 70mm. I have removed it and installed into the 90mm. It slowed down the 70mm by nearly 20mph that plane is already quite slow 😅 best to use the normal non blue fire on small edfs its a smaller light housing which allows air to escape smoother. 👌👏

  @tonyyimbo that would be cool to add on to the yak. if the motor or fan can be seen clearly it will be great if not visible it may be obstructed. Although the light may still glow thru the exit tubes.
