  i Versed a lot of Hiem top. it's not that hard. they bully you a bunch but just flash in and you kill that fucker. P.S YOU CANNOT PLAY WARWICK TOP AND SAY HEIM IS A NIGHTMARE! the top lane is cursed with picks that should have never go there. vayne/warwick/hiem

  With the right setting, you can actually kill Heimer, but it mostly doesn’t exist in high-elo. And if you‘re saying that Warwick Top is a cheese champion, then Heimer must be the whole wheel 😖
