Great travel vlog, thank you. We are hearing so many bad stories about MSC and Lirica, your video gives us some hope for our Med Cruise next April on Lirica. Fingers crossed that your diamond status didn’t bias your experience too much
Hello. We start with saying thank you for your words about the vlog. Yes some times when have experience some things that are totally up to standard. But over all we like the experience of MSC, but you should keep in mind that it's not an American cruise line and the service is more europeen. Ragarding food we think it's good quality and we have seen lots of changes during our years with MSC. Mostly positive, but as you always have to keep in mind that there fleet is very different(both older and newer vessels) and depends on the management on board but I know they are working on it a lot to make the experience the best. If you compare to Costa Crosiere, MSC have stepped up when Costa stepped down in the same level as MSC gotten the holed of what they needed to work with. We hope you will get a nice experience on board.

Vi funderade på att köpa dem. Men vi köpte danskt rågbröd och blå Kongo chips 😉 kan säga att vi inte åt chipsen igår. De fick helg enkelt Inhe plats i magen med mer mat den kvällen.
MSC Grandiosa, a Nightmare vacation! 3 hours in a row before embarking, bad food on the buffet, disorganized. A mass vacation with little attention to the customer. Badly spent money. An experience never to be repeated
Very sad to hear that your vacation with MSC Grandiosa was not up to expectations. As you see in our video we had no direct issues up on boarding. Think we was in the terminal about 15 min. This was our 14th or 15th cruise with @MSCcruises and we have been lucky to experience that the things we thugts was not up to standard, has changed for the better for each cruise.

We are very happy that enjoying our video. We actually make it to remember our journey's instead of photo albums or lots of pictures on the computer that you never look at. If we wanna dream away from our journey's it's easy to just pup up a video. And of course we like to share our thoughts and experiences. They told us that this was the second one after some light of recommendation concerning c19 on board.
@@PAtravels_sweden I see, actually I was not expecting a cocktail -gathering due to restrictions about gathering a lot of people, handshakes and so on...

Hello! It was a wonderful journey in the fjords, If you hav not done it. Do it :) The train Flåmsbanen cost if you by it by Vy Trian that operates the trains, a return ticket 59 Euro duing summer time from may-september
