    Up until the end where there's obvious (and funny) ambiguity about what the 'private treatment' might entail, the behaviour of the GP is exactly life-replicating. I've seen so many NHS doctors like this.

    it was!! now you have to ring them at exactly 7:59 every morning for the chance to talk to them on the phone...if they feel like it...and then discuss with a phone worker the ins and outs of your arsehole....if and only if they feel you are worthy....and you have sacrificed your first born and a goat... they may ring you back in a week or 2...i'll take my chances with the polo eating game doctor...
