@christopheramato9324 invaders are nice, I have the hesco version of them. They are lightweight, but you sacrifice some protection. It's up to you what is a priority.

lol... love the woodland camo and the black MOLLE straps on it. Looks like the design of the pack was a bit rushed or maybe just experimental. Considering its size I'd guess it to be in the 80+ litre range, maybe a 100? As for the carrying system, it seems it is not adjustable to the height of the wearer? Bit of a downside. The hip belt reminds me of my old Bergans Powerframe 120l external frame pack. It too features plastic inserts which make the hip belt extremely stiff but also taking most of the packs weight off the shoulders. Nowadays I guess the military would rather roll with a less massive hip belt or a detachable hip belt as it probably interfers with other kit like protective equipment. This thing is a blast from the past 😀but certainly interesting and quite advanced for its time!

big ol comfy shoes will not mitigate the impact stress. Temporary cushion with increased risk of injury due to loss of balance. The correct way to prevent long term structural injuries is to slowly build up the weight. muscles can power through and adapt quickly, bones and cartilage do not.

How do you secure the case/ kit in your vehicle? Or do you not worry about that? I personally would. I know there are like gun drawers for trucks/suv's but the are only made for specific vehicle brands/models. I have a 2016 Nissan Rogue and I haven't found any videos showing products or even something cobbled together MacGyver style a reliable way to secure a setup inside different vehicles.

A 10.5 ar15 with the sylvan brace will fit inside a 81 mm mortar can with a belt or chest rig. You have to drill through it and run a cable lock and secure one side and add a pad lock to the other so it hinges open and secures. Futs under the back seat of my extended cab silverado. Hope it helps.

Protect yourself first by dragging the wounded casualty to cover (tree line) before rendering aid. If thats not possible you must get lower to the ground when rendering aid or you’ll quickly become a casualty. If you’re giving fire, that means you’re under the fire. Also, don’t forget to apply the appropriate marketing on the wounded to indicate a tourniquet is in place. Signed Marine Combat Corpsman
