LazyRVCooking

We have been rv camping for over 15 years and wanted to share some of the things we have learned and help others out while RVing or camping. We do occasionally break the tents out and camp in those too. We hope you like our videos and please leave any suggestions.

    I lived in Rodanthe for 5yrs and the beaches on the Outer Banks are the best on the east coast. The wife and I are there every year for a week in May.

    Dosen't look like you have anything to hook your safety chains to 🤔

  • @LazyRVCooking
    @LazyRVCooking4 ай бұрын

    I have the BW turnover ball the safety chains holder recess into the bed. To connect them you lift up on a u bolt connector and clip the chains to it. You can see them in the pictures here, www.bwtrailerhitches.com/product/turnoverball-gooseneck-hitch.

    I put a strip of white electrical tape on the GenY hitch . It shows up well in my camera , I also use a flag on the ball when it tips forward I know I’m over the ball

    I put a mirror on the Gen y neck. It’s a round one with an adjustable mount. I bent a bracket and used a large hose clamp to hold it on. I wish I could share a picture on here.

    I have no issues with clearance during normal driving, backing into campsites, etc. I did try once to see how far I could go. I was really close to 90 and could have probably got to 90 or more but I chickened out. I have an f-350 shortbed. I know there are some dodge owners in this Facebook group you could ask. facebook.com/groups/765961210883882
