I have a Cricut but don’t know how to use it. It’s been over 2 years. I love all your decorations. TNJaniceRN
I get it! New technology can be a bit overwhelming. I'm far from an expert but if I can do it you can do it. Let me see what I can do to help you with that. Cheers!
Well done on the first project.....that piece is beautiful!! I remember those metal Kleenex holders in peoples houses back in the 50's....when they used them they took the tissues out of there boxes and laid them inside the decorative tray...yours looks way better...gotta say love that shelf.
Thank you! The crate is definitely a keeper. So it is an old Kleenex box. I thought I remembered my Memere having one like it. Thanks for the info
Jenny you are so talented. The shelf you made is gorgeous absolutely gorgeous. You have created decor pieces from the tower blocks I’ve never seen before. Bravo girlie. Btw, how are you so tan? Your skin is beautiful. Have a wonderful weekend. 🩵🩵🩵
Thank you! So glad you found something original in the DIYs. As for the tan - I can’t take much credit. I was born with it 😂 Have a great week!
Girl I love you but you definitely need a vacay, you’re working way too hard and it’s showing 😂😂😂 seriously you’re hilarious and I freaking love that about you, besides your incredible talent that is. I can’t wait to see what you’ve got hidden in that beautiful head of yours. Have a fantastic week sweetheart. PS, something lake themed would be delightful. ❤❤❤
Oh dear! I just came back from a 6 week winter vacation in Mexico. lol I'm afraid it might just be me.🤪 Lake themed... Ok, I will give that some thought. FYI - You are very sweet 💕
😂 love it
Thank you! ❤️
Wowing prefer yours. That was awesome ❤
Thank you! Your words are very kind ☺️
These are great ideas! I especially like the first one and others decorated with beads. Really pretty hanging hooks too!

I’m in Canada and I love Christmas in July!! 🎄🎄🎄🎄
Love it! After all, we Christmas obsessed, season hopping Canucks have to stick together lol 😜

Beautiful ornaments. My favorite is the fleur-de-lis ornament.
Thank you! Cheers
Thank you! Cheers
So many great ideas for those old ornaments we all have. I am going to be doing some updates of mine. Thank you for sharing
You are most welcome and thank you 😊
Girl your Hostas are gorgeous. I love your channel, you’re funny and so creative. I’m excited for Christmas in July. 🩵🩵🩵
Thank you! Those hostas are certainly huge this year. lol Do you actually decorate for Christmas in July or do you just like the DIY videos? The idea fascinates me. It sounds like a lot of work 😅
@@atjennysplace I decorate in December but I love Christmas in July it gives me so many different and creative ideas for decorating my home. 🩵🩵🩵
OK, that makes sense. Nothing wrong with a little pre-planning. Thanks for sharing
Binge watching your videos 👍🏻
Oh Wow! Thank you. You rock!
I do love a good crafted dupe 🙌🏻🙌🏻 well done 👍🏻
Thank you. More dupes to come 😊
Girl you are so funny 🤣 it’s not only fun to watch your creative pieces of art but your commentary has me rollin on the floor 😭 Love these pieces ♥️ especially the moss bowl
Awww, shucks! Thanks. So glad you liked the video. FYI the moss bowl is still going strong. Definitely a keeper. Cheers!
After watching you paint that vase which such detail and explanation. It’s safe to say, you’re a true ARTIST ♥️ You’re so creative, talented, and funny..so happy I found your channel ♥️♥️
Thank you! You've made my day. So glad you liked the video and that you are hanging out At Jenny's Place. So glad to have you here 💕
I only have one Dollar Tree close to me and I must say it's terrible. It has very few items. I'm sure the ones in the US are far better. I have a Dollarama close to me too. Dollar tree is cheaper - I buy cards, wrapping paper, etc from them but Dollarama (even though it's more expensive) have far better high end decor items.
Totally agree. I find Dollar Tree is good for some things and Dollarama is good for other stuff. I guess it comes down to knowing what to get where. Curious to know about the American Dollar Trees too 🤔 lol
@@atjennysplace From what I've seen from other crafters, their Dollar Tree stores are far better than ours. They are huge and also have the dollar plus section which we don't have.
@@katherinepereira9088I know… it’s hard not to get a little jealous, no? lol
@@atjennysplace For sure. They have much better stores in the states.
First I have to say, you made this so entertaining. If my dollar tree was stocked up like yours, I would agree. There is no dollarama by me. Thank you for posting this.
Thank you and you are most welcome. I thought it might be fun for everyone to see both stores since I know that Dollarama isn’t always available to everyone. So glad you enjoyed “shopping” with me 🙂
This video was great. I’ve never been in a Dollarama but I’d love to for sure. Dollarama is a Canadian based store but hopefully they’ll bring more stores to us here in the US. Have a great weekend Jenny.
Thanks Carla! Dollarama is Canadian. Many in the US seem curious about it so I thought it would be fun to see if it is better or just different. Glad you enjoyed it. Have yourself a wonderful weekend 🙂
@@atjennysplace I’m waiting for one to open near me. Woohoo. 🙌🏻
I work at a Dollarama....but I still buy my silk flowers from Temu. They are a good deal at Dollarama but you can't beat Temu for prices.
I haven’t tried Temu yet but I’ll definitely keep that in mind. Thanks for the tip!
@@atjennysplace Well, pour a big coffee and be prepared to spend a few hours surfing...lol. Their items are so well priced and the flowers/foliage I purchased were amazing. Great selection and quality. Good luck!!
We don't have a Dollarama in Texas that I know of. That being said, I would pick Dollarama!! Looks like they have a lot of selections 😊
There’s one in Baytown 😊
Are there any Dollaramas in the States? And curious, is Dollar Tree Dollar Spots (I think that’s what it’s called) a bit like Dollarama? I always imagined they were similar. Cheers!
That original price for the sea grass mirror is nuts
Right?! Totally insane
Nice but you need to display better
Thanks for the tip
These are great! I have been watching all your videos. My favorites are the dupes! Love dupes! I have a suggestion - can you do a video on tumbling tower blocks. I've seen other crafters use them but it's the same thing - coasters or lanterns. Would like to see your take on them - happy crafting!!!
You are very sweet. Thank you so much for your kind words. I love creating DIYs and it is so nice to connect with others who feel the same way. Tumbling towers... I will see what I can do. Thanks for the great idea. Cheers!
I was wondering, are you in Canada 🇨🇦?Im new here this is why I’m asking. You make me giggle a little and that’s amazing because nobody likes a dullard 😂 I can’t wait to see what you’ve got up your sleeve. ❤❤❤
Thank you and welcome! You made you me giggle too. I've definitely been accused of being a few things but no - dull is not one of them. 😁 And yes, I am in Canada. Welcome to this beautiful place
@@atjennysplace I love 🇨🇦 Canada.
@@carlaferrovecchio950 That's awesome!
HOW DO YOU CUT A PERFECT CIRCLE THAT LARGE IF YOU CANNOT AFFORD A $100 CIRCLE CUTTER?
Tie a pencil onto a string, find the radius, attach to board with thumb tack and you will get that perfect circle. Whatever size circle you want the radius equals half of that. That was what I was going to do before hubby surprised me with the cool tool
This is my first time seeing your videos and I have to say you do the best job of recreating Pottery Barn decor. I was shocked at just how close you got to the original design. Wow you made amazing decor for as I say, “On the cheap”! I’m definitely a huge fan! Thank you, truly thank you for sharing your talents with us. I will definitely be making quite a few of your dupes. ❤❤❤ from Texas.
Oh Wow! You are most welcome. Your words are very kind. I’m so glad you subscribed. Looking forward to DIYing together 😊
@@atjennysplace I can’t wait to see what you have for us next. 🩵🩵🩵
@@carlaferrovecchio950 OK, I''ll do my best 🙂
Love that last one!! Thank you for sharing 😊
Thank you! 🙂
Wow, you must have incredible thrift shops near you! You are new to me. And I just hit subscribe. Your first three dupes were my favorites. Thank you kindly for sharing. From Heather O., Mid Missouri
Thank you! That’s awesome. Welcome. And yes, I certainly can’t complain about the thrift stores. There are plenty near and they do have some great stuff. Cheers!
That tray is just gorgeous!!
Thank you. Little in hindsight tip: I didn’t have a small heat press so I used permanent vinyl. It still works fine but if I were to do it again I would do heat transfer vinyl or flip the pattern and go with a stencil and chalk paint for more endurance
Love all of them! ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you! You are very kind
Love all of them!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you! 😊
I love dupes and these are awesome!
Thank you. I'm so glad that you liked them
The mirror you aced that perfect *****
Oh Wow! Thank you. Got to say - I agree lol
Pro tip, use self etching spray before painting metal, it won't be so prone to scratches and to insure a crisp line, spray any clear spray first, you won't believe how clean the line will be when you remove the tape, having said that, well done ☺️
Great tip and thanks!
The vase looks aweful
Sorry you don’t like it
Awful* Like your attitude.
Rude 😮
That spoon display is so creative!!
Thank you. It still hangs in the dining room. Pretty sure this one is going to remain a keeper and it was so easy to make!
@@atjennysplace It really is a unique piece!
THRIFT STORES!!! (GOTTA LOVE THEM!)
Right?! It's amazing how easy it is to get the look you want but at a more reasonable price when you keep an open mind and take a trip to the thrift. 🤑
❤❤❤
Beautiful work!!!!!
Thank you! Cheers!
Yeah, probably buy a better quality jute than that dollar tree kind... The dupe would've looked so much better...& cleaner.
Yes, thank you for the feedback
Awesome job thanks for sharing ❤
Thank you. So glad you liked them!
These are all beautiful.
Glad you like them!
WOW! That succulent wall decor is just amazing. What a great idea. No way would I pay the high end prices!
Right?!
Lovely projects. My favorite is the double decker hanging ornaments. Great idea!
Thanks so much! Already getting the Christmas DIY ideas going. Can’t wait to share even more DIYs with everyone
Excellent dupes!
So glad you liked them!
Great dupes👏🏻👏🏻💕
