Oh. my. God. I've been out of the carney business for roughly thirty years now, I worked for Chuck back in the 80's, he was a good man. I'm glad to see the show is still rolling after all these years

Hey thanks for the awesome video one of the very best I've seen. I use to work for Cumberland valley shows dam i miss that show. Its extremely hard work but dam good memories. Everyone is family in one way or another. We always had each others back. You mess with one then youve already screwed up. You would have to fight the whole midway. Fact! Show folk are the best ever

“If you had a god to pray to?” What kind of statement is that for a show owner? Shame on YOU!!!! 7:45 Sounds like a man who doesn’t know his master. I hope I’m wrong.

Belle City.. What great memories that stirs up.. last time I was on that show was when Charles Sr. and Ms. Mary were still in charge. My old friends Tom and Pat Wells had some rides and food out there and Joe Royal was the Lotman [wonder if he still has my fishin pole..lol.. } and ole Pappy still had his G-top out.. Man, I sure miss his T-Bone steaks after closing in the "Off Midway Break Area".. Anybody else remember getting "Aced Away"?.. lol Those were the Days of Gold in the Carnival business.. :o)

What!? I was on that show about that same time. Charles Jr. was the lead ride jock when I was there. I worked for Bobby D in the Cookhouse, sometimes the Candy Apple Wagon. I also worked in Kelly's Corn Dog trailer. I spent some very young years of my life learning about life on that show. I also spent some good time in that same G-top. 😎

I think it would be beneficial to have the lights run on a "crew mode" that lights up steadily. I think it would be a challenge to work at night with the lights blinking and chasing all the time impairing your visibility.
