I like their humor at the beginning. It helps get the energy going. Then when they investigate they get down to business. When they do the min games or being funny at the beginning the spirits notice and it helps give energy to the environment. Plus being a sensative , the spirits are very attracted to them. They are also sensatives and the spirits know this.

The proof of the BS is the whole "minimum wage" claim. Regardless of the amount of money involved or who was paid how much the fact is the "job" was not for an hourly wage. It was payment per "job" more like a contractor. Now IDK the laws where the payment for the job took place however generally everywhere if you agree to do a job for X total amount you do the job if it takes 4 hours or 40 for that same X amount. Now I am sure some people like cameramen and editors were paid per hour based on time worked doing that individual job but that was only for the job worked. Like each individual video shot and edited with breaks in-between with no work. This would be much like a construction crew that are only paid per hour for the house they are building with weeks they are not paid between jobs even if they work for the same contractor next time. Uncover just one lie and it calls into question everything that individual is saying. Oh and defending the "minimum wage" claim is just as simple as I described. It was X per job not X per hour for the duration of the job much less X per hour for 40 hours and 52 weeks.

100th comment :) Is the house doing this to her? I think it's a no and possibly a yes. The only way I would say the house did this to her is the stress that it has brought her which may have flipped the switch on something that had not expressed itself, or was under control previously. To the people that are saying 'John isn't being honest, he's reading a script.', writing down what you want to say/get across does not equal dishonesty, it only means you don't want to forget to mention some things, or you want to make sure you get every thing in the correct order that it happened. If Corey comes out and says that the things John said were untrue, then i'll say i'm wrong. I really hope Jacqueline gets the help she needs, and I hope that if she ever truly did love this house that she will step away from it for her own sake/sanity, and for the sake of the house itself. If she stays and completely ruins the reputation of the house it won't be there long into the future.

Has Corey taken down his videos? I was with a man who had narcissistic personality disorder and Corey most definitely has always come off as someone wirh those traits along with self medicating medicating/ addiction unfortunately.

There are so many things about this situation that just pisses me off. He was so ungrateful for elton's friendship, he was not pulling his weight, and OH MY GOD, the whole thing about the money?? Like what the actual FUCK. If corey had to work a regular job like the rest of us, he'd truly get to see the struggle most of America have to go through. He had it so good and he fucked it up for himself. I don't feel bad for him.... at all. I feel so bad for Elton and the rest of the crew.

Mental health is a serious issue and this house will definitely affect your mental state. I do not believe the house is haunted (my opinion) but the history and the knowledge of this house would play on your mind if you were there and affect your mental state

Just a simple observation/suggestion. Sometimes, like in this video @6:03 you go into your debunking thoughts on a situation you were not apart of, or witnessed via video. It comes across a little douchy. It's safe to assume this guy know ppl are on edge. If you came across as speaking to your audience and not trying to educate him it would look better than it did IMO.

As a former and recovered addict and alcoholic. ..12 years off the streets and junk, 8 sober from alcohol, recovered now thru my spirituality its just no longer even a thought or option, and im not trying to jump to conclusions and make Accusations, but this is but i went down the hill fast after being a functioning alcoholic working a full time job and part time as well from 15-24ish the last 2 I was drinking at my full job as a manager after being traumatized severely. I went from trophy fiancé, model, and was dancer so drugs and alcohol were basically pushed on me but it didnt even take a ywar until my arms were full of holes...soon homeless, jailed (county jail for theft of public intoxication ) in and our of methadone 230 times and to the psych ward after loosing my husband he was alwo schizophrenic) in a shelter one night and he was given a bottle of 50 diazepam he decided to take all at once behind my back bur later passed in my arms.) I just want to say that Coreya behavior is extremely of that of an addict..snd possibly mania and narcissistic...this was something I had thought several times beforehand but definitely now that Corey's behavior is indicative and inline with somkne who should either be seen and treated for a mental health ossue he could quite very self medicating with addiction to drugs 😢

Ok, im just 1 person in all of this but it's every single person like me that makes a difference. Corey l feel like you have raped Elton, raped him of a successful channel in which you have realised that you could probably do this for yourself. If he had truly been paid california minimum wage as he claims at 57 nights at 12 hours a night with the minimum wage rate of $16 an hour then he would have only been paid $10,944 gross. Saying he was only paid minimum wage or less is just his way of trying to get people to feel sorry for him.

At this point, I don't think Elton needs to prove anything further. Corey clearly does not know how to handle his finances and instead of taking responsibility for his own actions like an adult person would do, he instead turns around and sets his friendship and working relationships on fire. This is how good people become bitter. I am sorry Elton, you truly deserve better. Natural consequences are a great teacher, lets see how successful Corey is once there is no one to coddle him and he has to do the work himself.
