    Im confused where did you tap the white wire from? Did you also tap it with the reverse light into the fuse box? Or from the little red wire coming from the rca?

    So I'm getting a leak from my oil filter housing, I took it to the shop and was told I need to replace the housing, toyota quoted me an arm and a leg, I found the housing on a Toyota website for 125 which seems more reasonable than getting it from the dealer, my tacoma is a 2012 4L, it has the same housing as yours, anyone here know what the union part number is hopefully it could just be that and not the whole assembly that's leaking, really need help here thank you.

    when you unscrew and release the whole backside of the camera housing, is the thin long gasket along the edge attatched to the backside, or on the front and top parts of the house? Mine is stuck and I would like not to break it, but to release it properly. I need take it apart as it been under water and stayed 4 years after. Some corrosion, but I managed to get it back to life with top lcd and read screen fully working, orange light as well, all menus working, before taking it apart yesterday, but as I depressed the top shutter button, it went down with a blinking "error 20". Battery out for 20 minutes, and then try again, but the same thing happened then several times, hence I began taking it apart. Any advice is most appreciated. Kind regards.

    Sorry for the late reply. Changed channel names. There is no LEDs on this model. It goes off the light from your revert back up lamps. It's pretty good with picking up light tbh but I bet the technology is much better now.

    Quicker with same, if not better results using Mother's Mag and Aluminum Polish. Thing is, none of these procedures work on the FJ's sealed beam headlights when the haze is on the inside of the lens.

    There was a scraping noise from start up.. sometimes dust or mud gets in between the washer or bearing even if the bearing isn't bad. To have it all apart, it's easier to change at one time.

    What year is your FJ? And how many miles? I just bought a 2013 trai with 80k miles, belt needs replacing, but not sure about the pulleys

  • @madxmaxxine6552
    @madxmaxxine65522 жыл бұрын

    This is on a 2007 single VVTI. Your 2013 will be a dual VVTI and pretty sure the pulley sizes changed. Head over to rock auto and reference your parts. I would do them all because it's only a little more time rather than having to have it apart but of course your time and money are important

    @@madxmaxxine6552 Thanks, I've replaced all pulleys during the belt change. They were all in rough shape. Good idea to change them 7-10 years, depending on use. I have not changed the tensioner. Also done full fluid flush and **breathers for rear diff.
