  Depends on the bike and the lean of the stand. Do not use impact as your stand can shatter. Too low and there will be too much leverage. Too heavy and it just won't support it. For example, I can do this on my CBR600RR (417lb) but no way I can do this on an enfield 650 (leaning way harder + 480 lbs).
