  Typically the ESA S630 comes pre-installed with Windows 10, but best to check with the original supplier what was supplied on your particular machine

  It does yes, you can utilise the bending software in an off-machine version, where you can create bending programs, and load them into a machine using a USB or LAN connection.

  @@b0zz1380y there's not really any particular special tool for folding chequer, standard tooling will do the job, with a good sized radius on it, but the tooling will wear down quickly where the raised parts of the chequer are due to the nature of the material.

  Hello, quick question when you get a brake press with delem, will basic values be programmed or is it a completely blank slate ? Like matrials and such, maybe k factor, hope u can help, thank u nice vid by the way

  Certainly on our machines, the Delem controller will be configured ready to go with the Press Brake. Materials and K Factors are calculated when loading a bending programme in. Hope this helps, glad you like the video!

  Hi Mike, glad you liked it! I'm afraid not, our Press Brakes either have manual crowning, or CNC controlled, we don't supply machines with manually adjustable motorised system sorry.

  Hi. We have a different make press brake, but maybe You could advise. What if the beam was moved down till the bottom tool exactly (not leaving a gap between punch and die) and is not moving up anymore? It shows errors "AX0296 AXIS Y2 FOLLOW ERROR AX0008 AXIS Y1 FOLLOW ERROR CH0027 CH 0 AXIS IN ALARM STATUS " is there an easy fix?

  Just speaking to an engineer - it's not possible in the Ajancam software, as that will only allow you to create a nest via an array such as 5 x 10 layout etc. With odd shapes however, if you need to nest on them, you can do this directly on the Ajan controller. We will get a video together to show how this works.

  Yes, not a problem. You can make a nest for whatever shape you want, to suit offcuts or odd shaped parts.

  Plenty of flexible finance options out there if you wanted Jon, with offering profiling services alongside your own requirements one of these machines can pay for itself very quickly.

  @@SelmachMachineryLtd Hi, Many thanks for replying so promptly. There are three things I could do with to help me set too and go into production. 1. A small and simple profile cutter for cutting up to 8mm steel. 2. A box and pan folder. And 3. A pot of gold to pay for them! I dare not risk finance to be honest because the cost of those two machines would be tricky for my tiny business to support. That being said, I do appreciate your comment. Best regards, Jon.
