    Great video man ! I’m changing the rectifier on my 06 600 … new battery and the bike starts ups and if I turn it off I won’t be able to turn it on

    thanks brother do you know if what's volts the battery is at while the bike is running? I always replace both stator and rectifier when I'm having charging issues did you not replace the stator too?

    @@SUPSGARAGE I haven’t order the stator yet ! I already order the rectifier could order both due to $ issues but I’ll order the next one next week…. The battery I haven’t tested yet due to the problem started today ! Tomorrow a buddy of mine it’s going to come with a meter and we will find out ! ( LOVE THE CONTENT ❤️ keep up bro)

    Mine is now making that noise after I pulled the sensor off. Do you have to replace the throttle body to fix the problem.

    I have a nv 4500 in a 06 yukon with a 5.3 from a 2002 and i had to do all of this and more nothing is the same everything chages from 94 to 96 to 2000 to 04. Everything lights ,wipers,seats,door panels,dash ,foot pedals,back window,abs brakes , steering wheel, mirrors ,cpu ,gauges ,carpet wire harness ac condenser,heater core fuel pump ,gas gauge is backwards full is empty 😅

    Nice. My bike has had similar issues, especially during a cold start. 06 Gixxer and never done one. Will tackle that project. Always helpful.

    i’m thinking about LS swapping my 1990 c1500. i have a 2002 suburban as my donor and i was wondering about the PCM, i’ve heard everywhere else that you have to tune it but unless i missed it i don’t remember you mentioning that. is it not necessary? thanks in advance

    @Eli_Sellars you do have to delete the vats, egr, rear 02 sensors, set your rpms correctly, etc so yes it's best to buy computer already tuned or your gonna have to get yours tuned anyway

    Mine was already tuned ready when I bought the engine and transmission but I did end up buying the software (hp tuners) to change things I wanted later

    you can buy them tuned ready from ebay but just make sure you buy the correct pcm for your engine

    What do the 2 fuel lines on the bottom side of the tank connect to?? Mine are not connected to anything.

    @bfrick2338 they should just be drain hoses brother so they just go to the bottom of the bike

    @pyesonephyo 1inch in the front and 2.5 inches in the back overall from a side view it gave it a 2 inch drop look

    My fuel gauge goes past the full line when full and goes to 1/4 tank when empty. Have you ever seen this issue before?

    I’ve just done mine, and there now seems to be a rattle on idle coming from that area of the chain, is the gear on the water pump supposed to be tightened up all the way or only to a certain torque to allow a bit of movement in the shaft?

    @Ride5Ride I wanna say it will have a slight play which if i remember correctly it's normal does the noise go away if you disengage or engage the clutch?

    @@SUPSGARAGE it’s not the normal clutch rattle but it does slightly quieten when clutch is engaged, I understand the chain is a bit slack too but is the water pump gear/shaft supposed to have slight side to side movement?

    @@SUPSGARAGE for the water pump gear ? Yes we did, don’t have the tools to remove the clutch unfortunately so had to remove the gear to allow the pump to drop out

    This is VERY helpful as i've an idea to dismantling my speedo to put some silicone sealant on the top to help it be a little morr waterproof as it's annoying that there's condensation and it seems my led has dimmed out too and waa thinking if i could do that? Would really love to be able to change it to white or something! I think some leds have failed inside the screen

    After replacement did you hear a slight whirring noise when pulling in the clutch and slowing down coasting? I put locktite on the bolts so I don’t know what else could be the issue

    I’m 5’5 and tip toeing my bike how far do you think I should lower it from your experience?? I was thinking 2 inches in the rear & 1/2 to 1 inch in the front ….

    It sounds like you got it about right brother, you still probably won't be flat footing it but it will put you comfortable enough to ride it. it would be about half of your foot, if not a little more.
