  So, I learned a bit of Python, and now I'm trying to learn JavaScript, and I'm really starting to despair of how complicated it is to even test out code that involves user input (oh, no no, parse() doesn't work in VSCode, because it's node.js and not whatever this programming course assumes your framework is, so you have to summon some other stuff first, and then your code looks completely different from the model solution you were provided with, and, oh, you thought you could just run your code? Silly goose, you have to open the Terminal and cd and then make a call to the file your code is in! And now it still doesn't work because the stuff with the other summoning and the completely different code? Yeah, that messes up everything else, too, and you don't even know how to ask for help with this. Also, who needs more than one exercise to really grasp and internalise a concept? Oh, you? Well, google some exercises. Oh, those exercises are light years away from what this course taught you so far, haha, too bad, I guess?!) I am actually crying with frustration and very close to giving up here. I feel like there is just so much overhead for me to even get started, that I don't really want to know how actual coding problems will be like. Is there any resource out there that actually teaches you how to get into this stuff? I know that coding involves a lot of googling and finding things out on your own, and I was doing really well with Python. But JavaScript? What the fuck?! Can someone at least let in on the basics??

  Still works mostly fine, even after many version updates. Some packages won't install anymore but apparently they're not required anyway. I'm using a managed MySQL RDS instance from AWS so I had to do a few things differently, but in the end it worked fine. Thanks a bunch for reading through the docs and making this video, it made my life a lot easier at work.

  This was a very good video. OpenVas installation was not so straightforward but this definitely helped. WRT the admin password, you really have to be paying attention, otherwise you can miss it. Look for the lines: [*] Please note the password for the admin user [*] User created with password 'gkwkjwehw hwq hrh wlhkh q etc' [>] You can now run gvm-check-setup to make sure everything is correctly configured Enter it into your password manager. If you lose it, your in pain...there is no default. Thanks Stephan. Great job!

  You might add a tutorial on the top 5 things to do after installing Kali Linux on a Raspberry Pi, which I did recently. I also run it natively on a laptop and in VirtualBox on a tower + I have Kali & a dozen other distros & some diagnostic isos on a Ventoy thumbdrive. Always good to have around.

  Great video. This helped me a lot to no turn mad while trying to install OpenVas (and its 28394 errors)
