Thanks for the video. I found it extraordinarily helpful. I have notice that when do a Lightroom merge on all 5 photos, the default comes back fairly dark, and I have to a lot of tweaking to get the picture brighter (more than just increasing the exposure). Is there a setting that I could change to provide a bit more light, so as to save me more time fixing photos in post? thanks
Amazing transitions
Thank you
Wow friend, I want to learn to edit like this, greetings from Colombia. What is this type of transitions called? And how to control the exposure in continuous shots. Automatic?
Wiggle transition. I shoot Auto Iso with long walking shots that require different exposures.
Can u pls make an editing tutorial I need it so bad.
@jeremybeal23 - Can you recommend a lens for Real Estate Photography? I just bought the Sony A7III and I'm a beginner.
@@SacrificiaLamb.The.Gixxerator Sony 16-35mm F4 PZ
Would that lens cover portrait shots, objects like animal, people, stationary cars etc...@@jeremybeal23 if not could you recommend one? Prime lens?
@@SacrificiaLamb.The.Gixxerator yes it would. Stay away from primes for now
What memory cards do you recommend? I’m shooting with a Sony a7iv and a 12-24g lens. So far I have amazing results. For video though, I’m Not sure if the v60 cards I’m using are great for video.
@@mattym2210 V60 are fine for shooting 4kXAVC. You only need the cf express type A for shooting XAVCS-i. No need to upgrade for realestate videos 👍
What lens?
Sony 16-35mm GM
Hi Jeremy! Thanks for the video! There is something that is not clear to me between APS-C and Full Frame equipment... If I want to do real estate photography and have a broad vision like the photos you take, can I opt for APS-C equipment? At this level of image viewing width, do APS-C equipment distort the sides more than Full Frame equipment? Is it best to have a Full Frame device with a 10mm lens?
Hi g I want job image editing
What other camera settings are you using? Like shooting mode, etc? My fn settings are not looking the same as yours.
Great video! I’ve been looking for someone who is showcasing the Sony zv e1. I just bought one for my content creation as a real estate agent. What are you using for your music?
Thank you! This song is from Musicbed.
@@jeremybeal23 Thanks! Is this the Laowa lens you are using? Venus Optics Laowa 12mm f/2.8 Zero-D Lens for Sony E
is there a noticeable diffreance between shooting 3 bracket vs 5 bracket photos?
I take 5 just in case. I find I sometimes need the lower exposure for windows.
@@jeremybeal23 ok thank you, yeah I figured it was for the window pulls
Another great video. I've recently invested in the 14mm lens myself, great for smaller houses makes them look so spacious. one question, I can't seem to find the link for the floorplan video?
Hi Nice video short and informative to the point. I want to shoot real estate videos on Sony Ze V10 camera, i wanted to go for TT artisans 10mm f/2 lens which is manual. I don't know how to shoot videos keeping everything in focus including the host and the property. Is it good to buy manual lens for my work.... please reply
I shoot video on a 12mm Laowa manual lens. I prefer to shoot manually when shoot video. Just be careful at f/2. Your shots may look soft if you miss focus. 10mm on the ZVE10 is wide enough. Good luck
@@jeremybeal23 thanks for your reply 🙏 so can I buy 10 mm TT artisans f/2 manual lens
@@satishkarotia1378 yep! If not look at the son 10-20 f4 PZ lens
Why white balance Under water settings 🐟
Surprisingly I get better results in some environments using 🐟
Liked and subscribed Jeremy. I have been making video edits and some photography (mostly watersport businesses) for a few years just as a small side gig, and have been researching real estate photography for past few months as it's something I want to get into to... your video content is some of the best I have found, looking forward to watching more of your videos, thank you!
Thank you. I started out filming skateboarding and Motorsport. Transitioning to realestate media has been the best decision I have ever made. Good luck!
@@jeremybeal23 awesome thanks mate 👍
great tip on the polarizer...I would've assumed it was a flash if u hadn't shown that.
Thanks mate
Did you shoot with raw or jpg? How do you merge/edit the photos? Nice and informative video btw.. New subscriber here 😊
Thank you! I shoot Raw, always. My editor merges them in Photoshop.
Good job. What lens do you use?
16-35mm and 14mm for RE photography.
If you were to purchase a hybrid right now for both video and photo for real estate would you stick with a7iv or go with a7rV?
If I shoot flash and a fair amount of video, I would purchase the Sony A7siii. If I didn’t use flash, the ZV-E1 would be my choice.
Great video as always! Would be interesting to see your editing process!
Thanks mate. I outsource them!
Another nice video. Home Depot, here I come.
Hahaha.
Great video! What Tripod are you using?
Thanks mate. Benro Tortise 34c. I talk about it in my what’s in my camera bag 2024 video 👍
Nice!
🙏
Thats very usefull video. Are you determining any specific tripod height basis on locations/dining chair etc? or simply taking above the waist/3feet etc?
I’m 172cm tall and I shoot around my sternum. I raise it slightly for bench tops. This is for a stand roof height of 240cm.
For me it’s only capturing 1 time but yours is 3 times
Which monitor are you using for this ....?
Ninja V
Camera? Gear list?
0:31 how did you get that over the bed shot?!
Hi David, It is two different shots. One pushing into the bed and the other pushing from the other side of the bed into the bathroom. I stitch them together with a zoom transition.
@@jeremybeal23 ok wow. That’s such a creative use of the drone. I have to say I’m so inspired by your work and have never seen anything like it. I need more!! 😂😂
Oh just realize I misspoke about the drone. I see why you’re saying. I really like it.
@@davidmasseyphoto no drone needed 😊
@@jeremybeal23 how do you go about getting correct white balance? Any tips? I have such a hard time guessing the correct wb just going off of the back of my camera and even in log the footage just never looks that clean in post

Great video, thanks for Share your experience🎉
Anytime 👊
Great!
Thanks
Do you need a flash for this?
No flash here
Really clean photos! Great Job! This video actually help me a lot with the 7iv
Thanks mate
Thanks for sharing yiur techniques Great works Are you using flash or this is just lit by the very slow shutter speed and natural lights ? Thanks again
Thanks mate. No flash here just a slow shutter.
Great video, could be also super useful to see how you edit your shots 😊
🙏
are you able to release a video on your post editing process please!!
I will
Hi, Im wondering when i hold the shutter down halfway it doesnt seem to initiate the photo? Is their a setting i need to change?
hey bro do use the monitor all the time ?does it help
Not often mate. I helps, but it could slow you down a bit.
Would be interested in a video on colour grading and also photo processing. Thanks!
Thanks mate
I have a Sony A7RV can you show me where the BRK C is I can’t find that on mine thanks
Ordered one and arrived the next day. It’s like chalk and cheese. Highly recommend one.
Nice work
Do you use same settings on ZV-E1?
I sure do
Can you do a video using this camera for video?
I have one that I'm editing now
I can' t believe the difference! Thanks for the tip!
You're welcome
Lens?
12mm Loawa
Looks amazing! Did you ever release that editing tutorial?
Unfortunately, not yet.
what monitor are you using?
I'm using the Atomos Ninja V
great video! how do you get your footage so stable?
Thank you. I use the DJI Ronin RS3 Pro and walk as steadily as possible.
@@jeremybeal23 do you think the dji rs3 mini would be able to get as stable footage ? for the sony zv-e1
@@jamiemarsh1 Potentially. The lighter the gimbal, the harder it will be to achieve. However, you can stabilise your footage in post-production. The RS3 Pro is a luxury, not a necessity.
