So of the four ToAuto compressors you have listed, which would you recommend for non-beginner but not a comp shooter either. more, weekend warrior with family using it for their tanks as well and road hunting varmints?
A3 100%. That thing is a workhorse. I abused it so hardcore and it kept going. Rebuilt it a few times. Eventually I burned the piston and even though it was way outta warranty ToAuto sent me a new piston and cylinder. Repaired it and gave it to Tim since he bought a gun from me. I purchased my 2 carbon fiber scba tanks 3-5 years ago from Ace Care and they were both just under 300$ with valve and hose on e-bay. One is a 3 ltr for on the quad and the other is a 6.8 ltr for in the truck. Thay have been flawless so far and I have evn saw this brand in my local hospital and several Dr offices so they must be pretty good. Yes they are made in China but most are also just like most of our compressors and even many of our PCPs. Still for 500$ that's not bad compared to what most airgun shops sale theirs for. 800$ to me is just crazy IMO and a valve from Saber Tactical is by itself 300+ dollars. I don't know how much better it is for that kinda money but I would think maybe it should cook and clean for the extra money considering what others cost...: )

I have a couple of questions on the tank and fill system. In your video, you never showed the label... 1. Could you please show that in the next video so we can read what it says. I'd like to look up the DOT number and see if I have a local Hydro tester that is certified to test that tank prior to picking one up. I'd also like to show a picture of the label to my local dive shop and see if they will fill it. Usually they have a folder with all the DOT # they can look up (prior to filling a tank) they do this to check for safety notes or recalls. Not Bashing china, but if that has a valid DOT, then that tank is manufactured to the same standards as US tanks. 2. In your video there appears to be a white square label covering part of the manufactures label? Did they put that on or did you? I wonder what it is covering up? 3. On the valve in the video, it looks like they removed the original burst disk to install the tank, pressure, gauge, and re-tapped it on the other side. I've seen other people do that, so I guess that's no big deal. 4. Aside from price, how does the valve perform? Is it smooth when you open and close the valve allowing you to easily control the air flow. How do you like the bleed screw, does it close easily and not leak or is it hard to get enough leverage on it to seal it. I had an AV tank and valve. During the filling process with a big compressor the bleed valve kept vibrating open and leaking air during the fill process. It was a big annoyance. 5. Does it seem like the female quick connects are in spec? Are they fitting most of your guns. 6. About the round tank bag, I guess you want to have something in the pocket to prevent the round bag from rolling off the table. It their room in the bag with the tank to slide in a couple of small sticks of wood or pvc plastic pipe to help prevent the bag from rolling around on the table or in the back of the vehicle? At this price if it is a quality product with free shipping, I don't see how online airgun dealers can compete with china/ Amazon. By next year Amazon might have an Amazon Basics PCP Airgun. You win the essay writing contest! 😁 I didn't put that sticker there and didn't care enough to see what us under it. I think only one of the tanks I got has it. Valve opens very smoothly and the bleeder has a large delrin (?) sealing surface which works perfectly. It should be noted that this is not a slow fill hose. 7k burst disc is located under the gauge, which can come off after loosening 1 set screw as long as the valve is closed and there is no pressure in the line. I think you could put a wooden dowel in the bag with the tank to prevent table rolls. Overall I am super happy with both these bad bois. Hard to compete with a price like this for sure!

Not a stupid question at all. It certainly can be done. I fill my tanks with a yong heng clone. You will want to provide enough cooling to the compressor when charging the tank up to 3500psi 240bar. Lower pressures equal more heat. The compressor works harder at lower pressures and that’s what burns cheaper compressors up. This was proven when some guy, (I can’t remember who it was) used five compressors to fill a tank. 😂
Nice wish this was around when I bought the same size air venteri from Utah air for more money and this has bottle pressure gauge with out having to use dead head that’s a nice feature!

I have the same regulator on my Air Force Talon and the output pressure is always fluctuating therefore it is not consistent shot after shot
I know there were some counterfeits going around on ebay/amazon - but hopefully yours is authentic. In any case, degas your gun, separate the regulator part from the plenum by unscrewing it, remove your piston and lube up the orings and sealing surfaces with a mix of silicone oil and silicone grease. My vevor died (no pressure) after 4-5 times using it still waiting for help from vevor
take it apart and do maintenance. I have a compressor maintenance video in my catalog that might help. It's actually really easy. Every time one of mine craps out I simply take it apart, clean and lube, and then it runs perfectly again for a while until it needs maintenance.

The authentic product card is actually very important. The reason why I think they added this card to the package is to show the buyer it's actually a legit Huben product. They were selling a knock off on Amazon of the Huben reg. These were hardly distinguishable from the real deal (they even had the Huben brand on it)

How quiet on a DB meter is this gun with that mod you had attached? That is noticeably quieter on the video than any other review. This gun looks like a real winner combined with that moderator!
With the stock moderator it is very loud. I do not have a DB meter but with the DonnyFL Sumo it was wayyyy quieter. That would be my choice for this rifle for sure, a perfect fit!

What are people setting the scale to? Was at 100% but shots were 30-40 FPS faster than my FX p cg. Tried 0 and 400-500 low. 99% had it about 20 fps faster. I guess i need to grab a consistent gun and keep playing with it (giggity) With that said curious what others have it at?
I had mine at 101.1 I think. I matched it to the FX True ballistics chrony which I believe to be much more accurate than the pocket chronies
