  Spero never got the chance to shine. He was sacrificed before he got to evolve and prove his strength, so I didn’t want to rate him based on that. I do wish I didn’t include “ranks” for the Pokémon. When I make an updated video with Seasons 3 and 4 (and however many more there might be), I won’t be including “ranks” anyway.

  Do I need to watch all of season 1 to understand whats going on here?

  Not really. This series takes place 2 years after Season 1 but follows a completely different story. There are going to be lots of things from Season 1 mentioned over the episodes, but really all that is important is that you watch Eternal Suffering Chapters 1 through 10 since those are what are mentioned most often. Though you may watch the rest of Season 1 too, and that way you can get to know the characters a little bit better. It doesn’t necessarily matter all too much, but maybe I’m just saying this because no one really watched any of the important episodes of Season 1 anyway hahaha.
