  I use the SteamGridDB plugin via Decky! It lets me download and add any custom banners, capsules, logos and such from the Steam Deck's UI instead of having to download and add them manually in Desktop mode. Decky is also how I have a custom theme and sounds in Gaming Mode.

  Sober doesn't actually use the Android version. The roblox app it uses is the desktop one. Many people didn't know that roblox on PC had a desktop app but it does. I also know it's on desktop because I played a game on roblox meant for PC and it didn't say "you can't play on this device"

  Incorrect, the game worked because it uses the new x86 version of roblox on android, meant for chromebooks or something similar

  If you wanna fix the TINY resolution in gaming mode you either have to 1. find a way to make sober start in fullscreen 2. hit f11 with an external keyboard everytime you launch sober to fix the controller not working 1. install flatseal 2. open flatseal 3. in flatseal click sober, then under the devices section enable all devices

  This is the Android version. It supposedly runs better than Waydroid, though I haven't tried Waydroid myself so I can't comment on it personally.

  @@Krezzing Sober can actually play PC only Roblox games. Even though its the Android version of Roblox but due to it being the new X86_64 Android version that Sober needs (Rather than ARM which mobile uses) This X86_64 version makes games think its the PC version of Roblox which means PC Only Roblox games that you cant play on mobile should work on Sober.

  @@Krezzing Yeah I've done it. I enjoy playing a game called Entry Point which cant be played on Mobile (you cant even join it) but I have tried it on Sober and it lets you join and works just like if you were playing on PC. Sober isn't difficult at all to set up and runs much better than waydroid with my testing.

  If you bind a button in game mode (like one of the back buttons) to F11 then it'll make Roblox Fullscreen in gamemode. You just need to press the button you made F11 every time you start Roblox in Game Mode and then its been working fine for me. Controller has been working for me too.

  @@Duh_MenaceTry downloading Flatseal from the discover store in desktop mode and then open Flatseal and select Sober from the apps list and scroll down and under the Device section enable All devices. This will allow sober to access the Steam Deck controller. For some reason controller works for me without doing this but I think this has fixed controller not working for other people.

  @@Bakedbeams I added a Steam shortcut for Sober in Desktop Mode and then configured the Controller layout to make one of the back buttons F11 on Game Mode. Then Roblox worked perfectly in Game Mode

  Much appreciated! It works! However, i am trying to get my private server up, but every time i bring it up, it just darkens the screen, and i can't interact with the level Edit: figured it out. It opens another tab in the Sober app 😅

  How do you make the right stick a camera? I’m having issues with general controls. I’m assuming you might be using mouse and keyboard but I was hoping that there was a work around to this since I just want to play handheld.

  As far as I'm aware, no. However, you can instead use Vinegar if you want to use Studio. Roblox is only blocked when playing games, but in Studio it works just fine.
