I don't think they have a case of negligence. The pt is prone to any infection given the current pt dx. How come the pt has PIV instead of Midline or PICC. I don't know what kind of IV meds she was receiving, I suspected a potent drugs that shouldn't been administered PIV, this could cause a potential for skin infection.
Interesting video actually the locals do know that there's certain streets that you don't go to here. And yes it's a misnomer they have somebody here who is part of that neighborhood that doesn't belong in Central City.

Gulf County, Port St. Joe, Cape San Blas, and St. Joseph State Park are undiscovered gems. I've been there twice. I hope to one day return. Gulf County is well-worth an extended stay.
