OMG this looks like a total nightmare IDK when this video originally was taken but my question is do you still have this bike and there's a light still messing up? I just got a katana and my bright beams don't work all now no headlights are working except the liI eye... So I was looking at this being hopeful now I am going terrified LOL I was hoping I could pull up some videos and fix it myself but I'm still learning everything with the bike so looks like I'm going to have to scrape up some money and pay someone to fix this if you don't mind me asking was it very expensive to have fixed?

Even if your bike is starting fine and everything is working perfectly fine ... still clean your terminals check your ground where it is connected to the bike I've had this happen twice to me on two different bikes headlight not working thoroughly clean the terminals and now headlight works... couple years ago did the same thing on my 08 CBR 600 Double R and I just did it on my VTR 1000 so that has worked twice for me I'm pretty sure it's in the ground so just make sure you're ground is really good file it down on the connection to the frame or motor.... I know it doesn't make sense bike starts fine tail light works fine blinkers working fine everything good but if you're ground is not 100% you won't get headlight

Check out the Katriders website. Read all the post they all say something different. I did mine at 2 turn . Runs good it’s not a gixxer but it’s no slow cow. It’s moves and takes me wherever I want to go with plenty of gas to spare

I have a 1996 cb750 nighthawk. My head light now turns off sometimes. The first time i moved some wires around but it wasn't until i honked the horn that i noticed the light came back on. But it was juat a fluke. Any help anyone??

I'm no expert by any stretch, but the easiest way to tell is to look for a radiator inside that intake in the front fairing.

What if only one low beam on one side works but both high beams work... 2 bulbs and they both work

Top: Apply packing tape to the face once it’s aligned to hold everything in place while you weld on the backside.

I've never had problems with mine not working on my 05 katana but I did replace them with led bulbs. $8.79 a piece on ebay had them for almost 2 years no problems. Great videos man need to see more and I'm subbing!

kenny Miller It's an oil filter wrench. I have three different wrenches from all the oil changes, the last couple filters have had rachet holes built into them, which requires nothing special! The best way to know what you need is to take the filter out at the point of purchase to see if you need a specific wrench.

Just a heads up from a fellow Kat rider. Everyone, make sure you open the top screw where you put in fresh oil before draining it so it drains out much smoother. This makes it so there isn't any sort of vacuum inside the bike and you don't get that "Glug Glug Glug"

Bailey Ridgeway Right side, right above the little window to check how much is in there. There's a panel with one bolt in it to screw open then a cap and that's where it goes in

Hey Floyd and Ben: I'd take the top screw off before draining - to make sure you can! If you drain it then find you can't take the filler screw out - you aren't driving this anywhere...
