  I don't know which is stronger cause Armstrong's skin hardens in response to physical trauma so I think he would survive some punches from Saitama so the battle would probably take 1 hour correct me if I'm wrong but I think Saitama would win in the end (No war in the comments please)

  @@rey8229 you forgot that Armstrong's defence hardens in response to physical trauma. Since saitama punched and armstrong survived, his defence hardens to that amount of hardness saitama punched, when saitama punches next time, he wont even move from there lol.

The defence can get upto infinity and it will only make armstrong even more stronger, that's the reason why raiden was only capable of killing armstrong with an high frequency blade provided by sam, infact the nanomachines harden more in response to deep blunt injury.
