had my Surron for a month and the brakes on the rear are gone at this point, at least I think so, bc I bled them, sandpapered my brakes, cleaned with isopropyl alcohol, and cleaned and sanded the rotors. The brake levers still feel mushy and when I look at the pistons they barely come out, please let me know, do I need a whole new brake system.

Is it possible to supply only 12V to the router board? I suspect the router board takes 48V as an input from the AC/DC board. There must then be a 48V->12V conversion happening on the router board. The 12V is used to operate the router functions, and the 48V is not used on the router board other than to supply 48V over PoE to the antenna. I know for a fact that you can supply only 12V to the antenna (see Oleg Kutkov) by separating ethernet and power supply. So I'm guessing that it should be possible to forego the AC/DC board, supply only 12V to the router board and to the antenna, and avoid conversion losses.

Using the relay. To be clear on relay # 4+ and # 3- go to battery. # 2+ goes to throttle + and #1- goes to - led ground. Ok On a 3 wire break light, black ground goes to number #3 but where does the red and yellow wires from tail light go on the relay??? Thanks

OMW.....So after work today, I played with my settings. In the never ending quest to find settings that will make my ebike mimick the feel of a CR 125. Welp, I was on page 3 and decided to enable moving vehicle booster. I tried the stock #10 setting and not much. I then set it to 30. That's all I did, and wrote it. It flies. Moving vehicle booster Speed ratio is all I touched so far. it's got to be the secret setting no ones talking about.

I knew when I got my 2016 F-150 the parking brake button would fail at some point. Not even 8 years old and I'm waiting for a new switch to arrive in the mail. $60 for a plastic switch that probably cost $2 to manufacture and transport. I wish a company would engineer a manual parking brake conversion, there was zero reason to make it electronic.

I dont mind push to start, both my cars have it, the only downside is the lack of an accessory mode (it does have key on engine off, but thats not the same as "accessory") but the parking brake switch i think is dumb as hell, and the dial shifter i also thing is ridiculously stupid. My cars dont have auto start stop, but i also agree that feature is dumb af also Edit: and before yall come crowding with the "boomer" comments, im 27.

That new parking brake button thing is the worst, literally takes away an important safety feature for zero reason. If for some crazy reason my brakes ever stop working (let’s just say all the brake fluid magically disappears one day), with the old fashioned parking brake I still have a mechanical way to apply brake pressure. It’s not much, it’s not ideal, but it will in fact slow the car down and bring it to a stop, unlike the electronic version. Also, if your battery is dead and you need to push the car, it’s a much bigger hassle with the electronic version than with the mechanical. Just seems like such a dumb design decision that literally serves no purpose. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the old fashioned mechanical hand brake, the new tech adds nothing of any value and makes the car worse in several ways.
