  Thank you bro. I was in over my head and unwilling to learn how to use Stable Diffusion and Automatic1111 especially when all the tutorials were using a different looking version to mine. It was fun while it lasted. I made a few cool things but ultimately it was taking up so much space on my boot drive for some reason (??? huh?). So instead of trying to fix the problem and move everything to my other SSD I've decided to just delete it all entirely and this tutorial is EXACTLY what I needed. Thank you bro YOU DA REAL MVP.

  I've used your helpful guide and on the trial image I got this message which is more or less meaningless to me. There is no available reference to "Upcast cross attention layer etc" in settings for a start. Can you help me with some straightforward solution? NansException: A tensor with all NaNs was produced in Unet. This could be either because there's not enough precision to represent the picture, or because your video card does not support half type. Try setting the "Upcast cross attention layer to float32" option in Settings > Stable Diffusion or using the --no-half commandline argument to fix this. Use --disable-nan-check commandline argument to disable this check.

I am sure the GIT is properly installed since I saw it pulling some updates over the internet when I fired up my SD using webui-user.bat file ... But apart from that...   Hello. Glad the video helped. Yes, you can just delete or backup the Automatic1111 folder without doing anything else. Then you can just reinstall Automatic1111 later if you want and everything else will already be installed and ready to go.

  Hello and thanks for this great and clear tutorial. i'm having a bit of problem doing what you did installing the extension. however, almost all tutorials, followed by a test of how to use openpose. following them step-by-step led me to nothing. my Automatic1111 refuses to read anything from controlnet. no openpose, no canny and no depth. i did exactly as you instructed to install the SD and ControlNet. and followed everyone else's instructions regarding the same matter. Still nothing. can you help direct me to a discord server maybe or a web forum where ppl discuss such issues ? Thanks in advance

  Thanks for your comment. Glad you found the video helpful. Strange issue that you have, if you installed everything correctly. I can't really work out the issue without seeing a lot more step by step details. I presume you have installed the ControlNet models in the correct location and can see them in the ControlNet model dropdowns. I also presume you have ticked the "Enable" ControlNet box. You may want to search on the Reddit thread for some specific answers to issues: www.reddit.com/r/StableDiffusion/ I am just on the verge of doing a series of ControlNet video tutorials, so make sure you're subscribed to be notified of these. Hope you get everything sorted...I know how frustrating these kind of things are!

  Hello. This error usually occurs if you install the incorrect Python version. You need to install version 3.10.6. You can check which version of Python you have installed by doing the following on a Windows PC: 1: Press Win+R to open the Run dialog. 2: Type cmd and press Enter to open the Command Prompt window. 3: In the Command Prompt, type python --version and press Enter. Hope that helps!

I don't know English very well, but the translator helps. I loved all the videos and everything went well, now it will be ControlNet and then checkpoints. Can I install them all together? Lora? Checkpoints? Merge checkpoints?

So many videos on how to do things that I find on KZread, are full of so much fluff and I'd really wish they would just get to the point. I also saw that so many viewers of English speaking videos are not native English speakers and find it difficult to follow along at the speed that many people speak, which is why I speak a little slower (sometime a bit too slow I think). Anyway, to answer your question....yes, you can install them all together. In fact, using them together will produce much better image results. Wishing you the best on your Stable Diffusion journey!

  You're really hammering through Stable Diffusion projects now! Using Stable Diffusion to create animated videos at the moment, may not give the best results. AI video really is the cutting edge of capabilities, but improving rapidly. Off the top of my head, the workflow would be to first face swap your daughter into Disney Pixar animated character images, then animate those images with an extension like AnimateDiff. The step-by-step process is somewhat complex, but would make a great tutorial video...so thanks for your suggestion! Search KZread for AnimateDiff tutorials and you'll find quite a few. Good luck with your project!

  Hello. Thanks for your comment. If you did a new, clean install, it's strange that you should get a 128 error. This would probably only occur if there was some kind of interruption when downloading the files. However, you can solve it by deleting the folders/files in the "stable-diffusion-webui epositories" folder and then running the "webui-user.bat", which should reinstall everything again correctly.   Hi thank you so much for your response, I uninstalled using your uninstall video and then reinstalled watching your video, I’ve noticed my CMD prompt box reads different from yours when you do the E:\Automatic 111\stable-diffusion-webui and hit the webui-user.bat. mine starts with the below . Is the issue with the fatal detected dubious ownership?. I have saved it to an new Seagate E drive I brought last week? I really like your videos. there really clear and easy to follow. be good to see more videos on starters for stable diffusion. I've used Midjourney, Leonardo and Dalle 3 but this seems a little daunting

  Hello. Depends what you mean by "high end". Running SD and ControlNet are more influenced by the amount of VRAM your GPU has. Suggested minimum would be 8GB, although you could get away with 4GB, with some speed and image size sacrifices. If you do have low VRAM, then there are a couple of things you could do to help. First, make sure you tick the "Low VRAM" option on ControlNet. Second, add some low VRAM optimizations into your webui-user.bat file, such as --lowvram or --medvram. Hope that helps.
