It's so good that a white person can show up and explain RuPaul that there are systematic factors of discrimination 😁👍🏽 thank you!

The 1st time I saw the rainbow flag here in Ohio, was in 1992 when I admired a rainbow AIDS ribbon pin my gay bartender was wearing. He & his partner often travelled out west to gay events. He gave it to me. The AIDS ribbons were new here at that time, and he explained to me what the pin represented. I wore it on my heavy metal jean jacket & had alot of ppl admire it & I then explained it to them. Many changed their attitude sadly once i did, and not in the way one would hope. My austistic ass never understood that.😢- Ive always wanted everyone to be treated the same for their PERSONALITY. I did get random hugs from ( gay) strangers that surprised me..along with usually comments of 'Youre so brave!'.. odd statement I thought. Its beautiful & holds such amazing meaning. I still have it somewhere at my parents. Thank you for sharing this history! Im straight, but just think ppl are ppl & should only be jugged on personality, values, & behaviour💖 I know too well what its like to be 'blanket hated' just for being 'different'.

By 'behaviour' & 'values' I mean in regards to good citizens that don't do anything to harm others, like violence, theft, abuse, manipulation..etc.. NOT who they love, what they wear, how they speak..etc. Thought I should extra clarify..a curse I do so as to not unnecessarily upset🤗

The reason why the clasps are in the back seems pretty obvious to me: that way, you can have 2, 3, 4 rows of clasps to tie it tighter or looser.

What male and female wear is norm for the current period and culture for sure but that doesn't mean we shouldn't follow them. As a gay man, I'm attracted to masculine men, and will only wear masculine men clothing. Masculine as defined in the west in 2024, not 1762.

I always love your stuff; yes more bows & lace. you could do the three hook front closure just by making the band extend farther down so it covers the Xoipd process also making you safer. lace should be used over the creases in our bodies so air flow keeps mostier from building up.

You are a total star Jessica! You should be in films! You are so watchable! I wish I were a film producer as I would remake The Philadelphia Story and cast you in the leading role that Catherine Hepburn played! All of your love interests would of course be female. It would be quite a film! No need for a Cary Grant or James Stewart type in there! Well maybe you could have the female version of Cary!

So like, i think this has been said, but you know the flag you used in the thumbnail isn't the rainbow israeli flag right? Thats just the queer jewish flag and has nothing to do with israel. The one i think (and hope) you meant to use is the one that looks basically identical to an israeli flag but with rainbows in place if the blue horizontal stripes

I love the progress flag, and people usually think its unnecessary since the og flag already included everyone. But the progress flag highlights the folks within the queer community who are the most oppressed, trans and POC folks are even discriminated in their own community! So thats why the progress flag is just epic And i think its prettier!

I'm a heterosexual male, but I'm very feminine. What would you call me? Am I femme or something else? My friend says "femmeboy" is a good descriptor. I also have some masculinity, and I'm very comfortable with that.

I'm going to choose to be seen and comment on a feeling I had while watching this. When Jessica was talking about I Kissed a Girl and she said "don't put yourself in a box" about being femme4femme... that really hurt. I know she was just talking about one woman's experience and she said "like who you like," but I just wish she had chosen a different way to say it other than "putting yourself in a box." I've always felt so alienated and isolated bc I am an extremely femme4femme lesbian, and feel like I'm never going to be accepted by the queer community or find a woman to fall in love with because of it. I never feel seen. I never feel allowed to be seen. So... I guess it was just the last thing I wanted to hear that my identity is a box. It's not. It's authentically me. I wish there was a bigger femme4femme community, and that we were not talked over by other lesbians and queer people so often. I want to be seen. I hope there are others who relate to this.
