Literally Dyson is the biggest racist I've ever heard in my life. He needs race to be something of an issue for him to make money and have relevance. You are a sucker if you believe anything this guy says. He literally is a bad human being. Most people I disagree with I would have a beer with I want to have a beer with this guy if it was the last f****** beer on Earth. And it has nothing to do with the fact that he's black-ish, he looks like he's half Irish. You're a chump Dyson I love black people I just hate morons who try to destroy s*** so they can have some relevance.

We are eternal. I am 86 and I like you to read a little poem that I composed some fifty years ago. The title is ETERNITY and goes like this: I was the sky and I was the sea, I was the wind and I was the tree. For this reason I know, that I was, that I am, and after I die, through the atoms of my body, in a million forms and in millions of millennia, I will always be. Life is like a vacation, short or long, that we should enjoy in full. Italians have an expression: to pay and to die, as late as possible. I am sure that your acquired knowledge about growing young , helps the people of the world.

36:43 "The Challenge" BRICS is the growing response to the inherent distrust that has also been reflected in the downgrading of the USA's global credit rating as a borrower. Even the UAE is planning to join this counter-alliance. So, MMT would seem to be more smoke and mirrors. And that, like any borrower, the USA also has to be frugal like any other individual.

What if inflation isn't really all that nuanced? What if money itself has to be treated and perceived as a commodity? Which is just as susceptible to the fundamental principle of supply versus demand. Too many dollars means there is now too much surplus supply in a country's economy. So then the value of each individual unit of that currency becomes virtually worthless. Until such time that there are fewer dollars in the pool upon which to action a trade of another good or service.

One reason why certain religious practices or almost all religious practices and their institutions may still continue until these modern days is probably because dictators and many governments know is a perfect tool to keep people submissive. So, I don’t think that religion practices are still kept and shaped only because they work.

First, "The Jungle" by Sinclair came out. Eventually, and at a glacial pace, Child Labour Laws were enacted. So, there's that. Then again, women have lost agency over their bodies. I'd think for every trial there should be one vasectomy, and more women in Congress!

Fyi thier is a hidden 10 trillion with a T outside the US. You would have to get global permission to make this change also you would have to default as once you do this china nor mexico will not accept the us dollar as it was in 1970 when the us had to take loans in swiss franks because noone accepted the dollar

An interview Stephanie did on Feb 8, 2024 titled “Was MMT right about inflation?” at 12:25 she says, “We are getting real GDP numbers that are eye popping”---She is ignoring the elephant in the room which is, how much debt was incurred to get those “eye popping numbers”? In 2023 the US government borrowed $3.2 Trillion, of which only $2.4 Trillion of GDP was recorded. The remaining $800 Billion generated ZERO economic activity whatsoever. She talks about the “multiplier effects” yet every 5 year period since 2006, GDP grew by much less than the increase in the debt which means that money vanished without generating any GDP activity. We would have been far better off taking the entire $3.2 Trillion borrowed and spent it entirely on battle tanks and aircraft carriers. We would have gotten at least $3.2 trillion in economic activity from such wasteful spending and that is with no economic multiplier effect, which is pretty hard to do. This consistent, horrific economic multiplier effect of less than 1, for the last 18 years goes against MMT theory. This theft from the US populace shows that government cannot, and should not manage all but the smallest amount of public money since they are evaporating money in a way that not even the Mafia could do.
