  Hello! I have appt tomorrow. My nose tip droops if I smile, I am wondering if putting filler on both sides of nostril could even this droop and make it less obvious. Or if doing this can make the appearance of my nose too big. I am mindful of face shape, proportions and space between nose and lip. Another option is surgically removing the tip of nose and droop part, but over the years I have felt nostrils apear wide. So I wonder if removing that extra tip would make nostrils more wide? If I don’t smile.. I do like my nose! I don’t love that it is bulbous, but it is mainly the droopy tip and wide nostrils if I smile.

  Hi hope you are well ? Unfortunately I can't give advice like this over social media. A face to face consultation is necessary to determine if you are a suitanle patient for treatment. Speak to your doctor tomorrow about your concerns and the how both fillers and toxin may help as well as the option of a surgical intervention. Speak to your doctor tomorrow about placing Botulinum Toxin for a droopy tip and widening nostrils and how much lift you can expect. The toxin does wear off from between 3-6 months and you will have to repeat the treatment if you want to maintain the results

  Hi my apologies for the delayed response. We sometimes place the patient under the LED immediately after. So even from the same day. Chatting to one of the plastics she has not observed a massive amount if fibrosis but it is also " new " in South Africa. Perhaps with years and years of use it is a possibility..
