  After installing your 360 kit, our Hyundai car's system became corrupted and is no longer functioning as smoothly as it did before. Additionally, the device you installed is generating excessive heat, which is not safe for any car. The product works fine until you leave the shop, but then issues start to appear. This is our car, which is shown in the video. The OS in this device is not optimized properly and seems suitable only for older cars. Also, they charged us 10k for a service visit just two days after installing the device, which is completely unfair. While your customer service was excellent before installation, it has been extremely rude afterward.

  Paid 34K for this, but they did a really crappy job. Spoiled both mirror motors and broke a glass. One motor is still not working, in spite of spending 12 plus hours with them. The dial is also not working. So not at all recommended.

  Bought a 360-degree camera from RS Car Premium for my Hyundai i20, but it’s been nothing but trouble. Initially worked for 30 mins, then started overheating and malfunctioning. Despite attempts to fix it, including visits to their shop and software updates by DHC, the issues persist. RS Car Premium charged Rs. 10,000 for technician visits and refunded only Rs. 22,000 of the Rs. 32,000 paid. Taking this matter seriously as it’s affected my work and caused undue stress. Disappointed with their service and looking at legal options if not resolved.

  Mr Ganesh u have removed the system and it’s and plug and play u have only to remove the system u can go legal no worries Because we have not tampered any of ur wiring Prove us we have tampered we will agree what ever u say We have shown u everything while removing also ur concern was because of 360 it was heating den u should go to showroom and check

  Nobody is worried about your legal issues it’s an plug and play just go and prove we have done any skinning of wire or cutting If ur system is getting u should go to Hyndai not us before u talk Think wisely and talk
