  how about you stop letting your dog harass these animals.... not to mention that poor dog is 1 bite away from being crushed and sent to the vet.. its borderline abuse to not control your animal in a situation like this.. what the owner doesnt care if it gets hurt? or is just to stupid to not protect their animals, even from themselves....
