nice work but you guys are not wearing any safety overalls
I changed my deutz fahr 7250 ttv transmission oil yesterday and while unplugging the three bottom plugs underneath I lost about 20-30 liters of old transmission oil What a mess I made
Great video!
How well does that tractor handle air seeder? Im looking to buy similar seeder and have tractors in same hp and weight range. However everything thing ive read is i need 250+ horsepower. I farm all flat ground in kansas.
My 2013 to change oil dealer says have to burp it to add the oil. How come you didnt. What difference.
the girl in the back dancing tiktok hahaha
Nice video, man! I work at AGL South America in Brazil and enjoy watching this install! Congrats!
How do you guys like it thinking of getting one
Dude don't sell the tractor it is still new. You're the only channel using Deutz I could find so far.
Yeah, we haven't sold it yet and if we do we plan on replacing it with another Deutz, probably a 7250TTV!!
@@TMFarms. New 7 series Deutz is great. Loads more features. Keep up the hard work.
@@TractorChamp. Yessir, that’s the plan!
I have a 6190TTV. Not enough videos online about service and use of newer Deutz stuff. I appreciate you guys putting this up.
Have a 5080, is a little smaller but about the only deutz video I could find.
cool to see local content!!
Yessir!! Thanks for watching!
@@TMFarms what type of tractors brands are run in your area mostly?
@@matteoricci1449 For the most part Deere and New Holland seem to be the majority of fleet, since they are the closest dealers around here. We run Deutz and I know a few other people who do as well.
@@TMFarms cool stuff
I would have tryed to straighten that shaft. Those bend back easily if you can get a jack or chain on it. The bracket usually pushes back in place easily too.
Yeah, that probably would've worked in the short term, but we ended up finding a local guy who made the shaft for $200, so now we don't have to worry about premature bearing failure or damage to the feeder house.
Shell spirax s6 txme very good
What size wrench did they use to open the oil cap of the polaris sportman
Awesome!
great video Trevor!
Thanks!
Nah!!! You surely don't want one of those things called a LICENSE! 😁😁😁
I know, what good are they, but apparently you can get in a lot of trouble if you don’t have one!
@@TMFarms,You can get in a lot of trouble with one too! Please be careful with it , a lot of people's lives are forever changed from mistakes and misfortunes.
And what about reset service interval?
Do you mean codes? If so, we never had to reset it, but we had a problem with the DEF and we had a tech out for that, I think he reset it then! Let me know if you’re talking about something else!
@@TMFarms yes codes, thanks for your answer.
What's part number?
Sorry for the late reply, I can’t seem to find the invoice with the part number on it! I’ll let you know if I find it!
yes Kuhn rotary rake is the way to go!
Oh no, you’ve been spending too much time with Devonte, if you’re gonna go with a rotary rake you should get a two wheel Pottinger or just get a V-rake! :)
Good job Dr. Meek and family, from Jason. G in the maintenance department at NBRHC.
nice job brother
Why were they carrying square bales around the side of the hayrack?
They were doing that because we ended up borrowing our friends rack. He has a thrower on his baler and he ended up welding the front of the rack so we could not flip it. Our only option was to load from the side
Our racks flip over and we can load from the front, but we had already filled both of ours up!
Yes Murray, that's how you wash out the jugs.😁😁😁
Superb!!! Glad I found your videos! I recommend checking promosm. It’s the fastest way to grow your channel!!!
that cam that dropped off be like finding a GoPro in a hayfield!
It was a GoPro lol! It took me a few rounds to even realize that it fell off. Finding it was not fun!
Looks like you had a neighbor racing you with his hay mower in the field beside yours.
Yup, we won the race though! Everyone is trying to get it done whithin the weather window
Hey man, 64mm oil filter wrench is what you needed 🤣.
Yeah, good idea, but I don't think it would've fit in there
@@TMFarms it does fit lol I just did mine on my 17 scrambler with one I ordered off of ebay
@@shawnperry9499 Oh ok, good to know, I will order one then, as I have to change the oil on our sportsman 550 soon!
Nice!
yes the kverneland best plow for sure.....
:)
Getting er done!
Great video!
Just like pro. Good job on the video. I really liked the footage especially the different angles and good explanations on how things work. I really got how the process of seeding works with that equipment. I also appreciated knowing about that auto-steer system on the Deutz tractor. Thanks for the content. Looking forward to seeing more.
Thanks for the awesome feedback! Glad you enjoyed this video!
Sometimes washing fertilizer equipment is more corrosive than blowing it off and keeping it dry. Keep an eye on it for awhile and make sure everything came clean.
Yeah I know what you mean, but it’s gonna get rained on anyways because we don’t have a building to store it in, so I think it might be better if all the dust is washed off immediately, instead of waiting for it to get rained on
Use a out bord motor gear oil pump works mint 6 bucks
Making it work and #keeponfarming. Love it.
Couldn't have said it better myself! Well done.
Must have done something right, the paint didn't wash off with the power washer. Try your welder after it cools down, sometimes the thermal overload will kick out from exceeding the duty cycle.
Yeah, we tried the welder multiple times, and it still doesn't turn on, we're testing the circuit board now!
When we remove a disk gang we lower the entire unit down close to the floor and remove the hanger bolts from the rectangle tube. Then we raise up the disk and slide out the gang, hangers and all. You have two hanger bolts instead of three bearing bolts and it moves the hangers out of the way. During reassembly you can start the hanger bolts without having the gang lifted up completely tight against the frame. This allows you to adjust its position slightly.
I've never thought of that! That would make it easier, I might try that next time!
Also, our cylinders leaked, making it hard for us to do that. Now that we have new ones, that should work! Thanks for the tip!
Weld up the shaft burrs and smooth down to square the shaft with an angle head grinder.
That's exactly what I plan on doing! Thanks!
Great job guys! What's the next project? 😃
Honestly, I don't know yet! We have a little work to do on the tractor.
Looking Good Trevor!
😁😁😁 Union Break! 😁😁😁
No, you don't have enough tape! 😁😁😁
Looking good Trevor!
There's no such thing as a drain nut unless you're talking about the person performing the work! 😁😁😁 By the way, you can come change my oil next!
Nice job Trevor
Thanks!
Great video!
Somebody's a little camera shy! 😁
Trevor, your just gonna have to talk to that pilot that keeps parking in the way! 😁😁😁 I'd have flew it around the pattern for him.
I was thinking about doing that :)
Looks like the booth worked well. You will want to repaint the wear surfaces again when the snow season ends.
Ok, thanks for the tip!
