This movie summed up a fabulous decade. When I look back on it todays world seems grey. I ordered the DVD three days ago so i can now watch it as often as I like and add it to my collection of racing movies.

The Hunt-Lauda rivalry was almost entirely made-up for this movie. It is incomprehensible why they didn't choose to portray the real, greatest rivalry of this sport: Senna vs. Prost.

this movie was insane. Daniel Brühls portrayal of Lauda was on point. Hemsworth aswell just portrays Hunt like he was still here. Hemsworth not only looks a lot like Hunt in the Movie he also Acted so much like him. both of them show the story of the 1976 season so well. it felt like you were there

Rush is the greatest F1 movie ever, best casting, acting, cinematography, accuracy. It only seems that Lauda is not wearing his AGV X1 helmet at the Nürburgring, but who cares.

I remember that in the early days of Formula 1 some drivers would tape a spanner to the steering wheel as they might need it to get themselves out of a crashed car. Jackie Stuart said it was a risk you had to accept if you drove.

Can we all praise Daniel Brühl for portraying Niki so good. His accent was on point!!! ❤ the greatest actor in my opinion. This film deserved so much more recognition

16:34min These German cops do wear the wrong uniform, don't they? Nürburgring is in Rheinland-Pfalz. They have the badge of Nordrhein-Westfalen. Or maybe police forces from another state, that's actually close to the Nürburgring, where there for support. I wonder what they thought when picking these uniforms.

I recently worked for Ron Howard as a movie extra on his new film, 13 Lives. OMG WOW, it was a great honour to work with the Hollywood legend. So I gave him my 110% hard work performance on set as my thank you for making this epic motorsport film which is one of my favourites.

For the record Blackbush wasn't disused it was an active small airport my dad was one of the senior firefighters at the airport at the time. The part they used was disused being apart of a old runway from ww2 that the current airport doesn't use.

Rush is better than "Le Mans 66" imho. Christian Bale is always playing in one style, meaning you mostly see Batman. Don´t get me wrong,I like the movie. Rush on the other hand to me is more immersive and "realistic". Incredible use of the acars and really good resemblance of the spirit of the 70s.

I just saw the film , never wanted to watch it being a avid F1 fan because I thought no one could capture motor racing truely, as in past films . Boy was I wrong, this is a mind blowing film that played even like the days I had on the track , it makes Spielberg films look like 60s sitcoms.

Many are complimenting Bruhl's performance and I agree. He deserved an Oscar nomination at the least but Chris Hemsworth did a fine job as Hunt too. I can't think of any other actor who could've pulled it off. Both were fantastic. Another spectacular Ron Howard movie.
