Having had a chance to spend a few hours with it now I just wish they'd given us a taste of the army sized battles and some of the empire/base building stuff. Wasn't too keen on using squires either as the side on combat in the game just gets waaay too cluttered with units to see wtf is going on, so lone wolf/ couple of companions seems like it will be the way to go.

The ad grind was what ultimately led me to abandoning this a few months back, but it was already pretty much a game for whales to begin with where their only objective was to skim as much money from the players and it seems like they simply decided to go all the way and take the money and leave. Well that's why I don't like to put any money into such games to begin with, and for this game at least that was a decision that has been proven prudent. Games where all benefits only go to play to win players to the point where the rest of the player base is largely sidelined simply isn't giving any reason to actually invest in the game at all. No wonder my discord had been pinging continuously, I did access the discord channel for IT but never really got on it much and it went crazy a short while back. So this was the reason.

Yeah the fight with the bully is one you need to end ASAP because he just gets stronger every turn that passes thanks to the fkn cloud build 😂 My blood build is so strong because i dance with death if i mess up my casting order and have any stacks of blood at the end of my turn - so my attacks are like nukes but ill also die with one wrong move You need to build each attack off the other, using 1 or 2 stances to build up to a strong 3rd stance is pretty common I also suggest you join the game discord (link in the description), they love creating and analysing builds there :D!

It is not Its skills only go up to wholeness, when its future skills come out they will be 100% worth getting as both a corp and a magicka but right now for those already established its something to level on the side For example, i only used one fruit on it so far but its carried me to nascent soul late now lmao

Dual pathing always makes you far stronger, if only because of the DEF boost you get. It's worth it for that alone, tbh. Dual Pathers can fight 1 full realm ahead, essentially if both paths are the same.

Hey BBG, i've meaning to ask. What's your phone and how much is the ram? My phones fps drops in every tab i open in overmortal. And it crashes at times. Just curious. Also, i'm a returning player so i wanted to ask for your opinion. I came back and y'know felt way behind to others i started with. I'm at Nirvana middle, and atleast at 2k ely but, would you recommend starting over or just continue it?

My phone is a samsung a52, 500gb storage and 6gb ram! My phone struggles in high intensity areas too like big battles and that sadly.. only way to avoid that is by adjusting the settings in game to the absolute lowest Also, nirvana middle is far enough in that its probably not worth starting again at this point - that said, you might enjoy starting again and playing as the new path, swordia 🤔

I'm actually glad about the change to skill use - while most magickas might take issue with it, maybe it will help the devs see the GLARING issues with how magickas and shield spam essentially slant the game to one path. Once again, it basically forces Corps to do more work for minimal pay off.

Yeah that definitely needs to be addressed tbh, i wonder if thats the reason they capped swordia to wholeness - because i know that swordia has a god tier buff skill for magicka and corp but its not released yet Honestly to fix the whole shield thing would require a complete rework on how damage is dealt tbh, thats probably why they havent done anything lmao

If you check the top right of your curio, you will see a little arrow in a circle - this can reset your curio for 50 fate :D! There is a cooldown though, last i checked

You can choose an auxiliary path next to your main path, so I assume you will gather Qi for both your main and auxiliary paths at the same time. That sounds pretty strong.

No it does not gather qi simultaneously. It just determines which path your elixirs go towards. Though there is a paid artifact that allows you to gather qi for both main and auxiliary in CN server.

Yeah you would have be able to level it up high quickly for it to be worth using With that said, it only goes up to wholeness atm so this entire path is best used on an entirely new server for sure
That's a wild update. Restricting skills like that will be rough for coporia who use the shields. Luckily I preferred the mortal one for the cool down so I am still fine.

You can choose an auxiliary path next to your main path, so I assume you will gather Qi for both your main and auxiliary paths at the same time. That sounds pretty strong.

No it does not gather qi simultaneously. It just determines which path your elixirs go towards. Though there is a paid artifact that allows you to gather qi for both main and auxiliary in CN server.
