there’s a few brands with the same design. I’m not sure of the origin probably European possibly Swedish either way nice wrench buddy.

@tooladdict7463 I found out ESF is an akronym for "Enköpings skiftnyckel fabrik" and was another factory the same town as BAHCO, Enköping (small town north of Stockholm) ESF was apparently founded by an x employee at BAHCO who had a falling out with Johan Petter Johansson AKA J.P Johansson, the founder of BAHCO.

For me mate you've hit the jackpot !!!! Love these tool boxes and tools !!!! What a find !!!! I'm green with envy !! lol . Just in case you haven't found out yet (and I'm sure you have by now) that hand made bit of treen looks like a dovetail gauge for measuring pitch depending on what wood you want to use, if I remember 1 in 6 inches for softwoods and 1 in 8 inches for hard woods just as a general rule. Judging by the quality of the tools I bet the planes were interesting too ?? I've never seen those Rabone rules either, really nice !!!!

What a lovely thing ! I had the opportunity to buy a similar lathe, a little bigger I think, a bit more skeletal so might of been older with lots of tools and bits and bobs. He wanted £150 for it, I did what I often do and dithered and of course I lost it !! Be great to see it up and running !!

I've had that Eclipse pad saw handle in my everyday tool box since the eighties !!! Never leave home without it !! Well, not when I have a job to do anyway ! I would be devastated if I lost it after all these years !

I picked up 3 of those eclipse saw handles this week in a job lot, one was plastic unfortunately. I'm sure my parents had one of those tape measures but with a red dot in the middle instead of green, but I have to say, I love that hammer, great little find !!

Nice collection Mr Addict, if that gavel is made of bone it would be nice to repair, bone is a lovely material to use, a bit smelly at first but you can get a great finish on it. When I have a little project I get a beef shin bone from the butcher, clean it up and away you go ! Cheap as chips too !!

Favourite was the wooden handled one closely followed by the quick release, all nice items though Ben. I think that the other one has had the handle cut down personally, I think it has that look of how someone would finish it. Be honest, was the Bacho stamp you favourite 🤔 👍👍👍✌️
