Nice job for a first build, FYI it is a good idea to seal the wood after you cut the pieces so you can seal all the edges. Not the end of the world but just a thought for future projects.

I have a similar build in my land cruiser. That little empty spot on the right is the perfect place to store toilet paper and a first aid kit for emergencies.

Its a myth that US waiters aren't paid minimum wage and thus customers have to tip to make up the difference. That was how it started, but no longer how it is. Claimed tips plus wages must come up to l minimum wage or the employer has to make up the difference. So, you're really subsidizing the owner more than your waiter, unless you tip them directly in cash so they don't have to claim it. And the push to tip for coffee is a new "tip-flation" thing. As an American who predates it, I don't tip anyone but a waiter who is actually coming to my table to serve me.

the fridge gets hot so you need air circulation 🙂 and get a solar power station maybe and then you can use an air fryer for cooking and reheating food, and to plug in the fridge. What else, electric kettle for boiling water and that's it? Oh and Starlink.
