  What will it take to wake you up oh England? We allowed this to happen to our country. We can blame the Water companies and Governments all we like , but this is on us. We were naive tools to fall for the privatisation con. Never again. We have to show them that we won’t stand for this any longer. We are too tolerant and too passive as a nation. Never ever pass over responsibility for your country to greedy capitalists or politicians who lick their backsides. Get on the streets if you have to. The French would never stand for this. If we can’t even protect our own rivers what hope do we have ?

  On test reviews you filter system is coming back at over 350 TDS. My tap water comes out at 30 TDS. Could you explain why this is happening?

  Virgin pure state there’s a phosphate that stops the magnesium and calcium bonding to stop the scaling, and yet you have to descale. The water tastes great but even cheap filters stop the scaling

  I have one and I love it however there is few things I don’t like it. First that hot water it’s not instant hot u have to press to boil. It makes some noises from time to time like it’s cooling or something so it’s annoying. And that stream of water is not very strong u have to put that plastic shelf up just to not splash water everywhere.

  Received my new filter and another device after my 1st 6months... only problem is that i did not know what to do and in which order. I litterally just replaced my filter and went through the process based on what is on the website, only problem is that there is no mention about descaling before replacing the filter(at least i didn't see it). Now after browsing the internet about what the other device was, i realised i had to descale first. I will wait for tonight to descale since it takes 6 hours but please Virgin if it is not too much of an ask can you put some instructions in the box so we know what to do and how?? This is not user friendly and quiet franckly not acceptable. A simple leaflet will do or sign post us with a QR code!!! Another thing is that there is no descaling information about the model i have and my descaler came with a sachet what am i suppose to do with it???

  Have you tested this filtration show us the reading of the tap and then the pure system with a tds tester , only vid i have found showed an older system which was poor in terms of results.
