I've been a United fan for most of my life and, in fact, still have the first jersey I ever received: a black Eric Cantona jersey from the 93/94 season. Growing up I played a little club ball, coached a few youth camps, and have even served as a Board Member for a semi-pro club in the city where I live. I've been lucky enough to get to Old Trafford a few times and I've even been to a Champions League match and heard the anthem reverberate throughout Old Trafford! What a day!

It certainly is make or break for Rashford. Time to get himself back into national team contention, whether thats realistic or not hes gotta stand out this year. Example - burrying that wide open shot against city in the sheild.
yeah he missed a similar sitter against liverpool in the fa cup. i'm not saying he's a bad player, but he really needs to show consistency, especially to justify that big contract. another season like last year could see the fanbase ask for him to be sold
@MUFCvsEverybody totally agree. He's literally one of those guys that can change the trajectory of our season IF he's at his best. Everyone around him will benefit if he's at top form, it could really galvanize the team if the Rashford story is a positive one. Loving what I see from Amad and Garnacho.

At least this time United have quit the fruitless chase for Ugarte with plenty of time left to find someone else. Unlike other seasons when we chased the likes of Frenkie De Jong and others only to desperately bring in someone else at inflated prices as the window is closing. Maybe we did chase Urgate for too long. But they are back off the tour and Berrada’s backroom team will quickly get back to business.
let's hope that our team is hard at work behind the scenes. we need to strengthen and i'm a little frustrated that we're doing it a little late
@@MUFCvsEverybody if you include the young forward we signed from Arsenal we have already got three players in the bag. I expect De Ligt and Mazouri to sign very soon making five. I imagine we will probably get a mid fielder before the window closes. Compare that to the Glazer Woodward era. Then don’t forget Sir Jim did tell us his plan will take three seasons. Overall I am delighted with the progress in comparison to the previous fourteen years.
@@jameswarrington9402 ineos and co are doing many things well and correctly, especially compared to what we're used to. however, the delay in strengthening in key areas is frustratingly reminiscent of the last decade. it feels more like ffp/psr is the big reason, though

yeah i think ineos are going to try to get rid of the united tax. i just wonder why we spent so much time on ugarte if psg weren't going to budge

Don't get this love in for De Ligt. How come he left Juve? How come Bayern want to get rid? Walk away and go get Chaloboah who will cost 30m max and can cover RB,RCB and LCB. He was Chelsea's best CB last season.
tbf juve have been a bit of a shambles in recent years and bayern keep changing managers, which usually means new signings. if de ligt can stay fit, he definitely improves us, but let's hope we can get that price down!
Bayern is being silly... They used to be efficient and reasonable... Think we'll still get it done

At the start of the week, there was expectations this would be a busy week.. with only tomorrow left , it is likely not much will happen. Why do you think that might be?
it's anyone's guess, but my best guess would be that we're trying to sell players before signing any more. AWB, lindelof, and even mctominay could be sold soon, though, so that could spark some activity on our end. thanks for checking out the channel!

How much FFP PSR spend money has the academy saved United. What will the value of Amad Garnacho and Mainoo be in a couple more years? Also there are plenty more academy players to come. Whoever is responsible for our academy deserves a bonus they are now about to sign Arsenals academy prodigy for us. Ever the optimist I have a £50 bet on United to win the title at 25-1. Sounds mad but think of Ten Hags first season we lost the first few games as he got to know his players. But we finished strong. We can’t count last season due to the massive injury list. We had a patched up defence and were forced to use Shaw as centre back until he also got injured. We are strengthening and Shaw and Martinez etc are all fit again. Shaw makes Rashford play like he did the season before last. I think 25-1 is overpriced and worth a go.
if there's one thing we've done well in recent years, it's identifying young talent to bring through the academy. collyer, fletcher, and amass all look promising, as well. you're right, too, that last season's injuries really killed us. hopefully we can build squad depth this summer. good luck on your bet!

wow! thanks for the support! i agree that pellistri is pretty much out the door. after a strong start to the window, i think it's time to focus on sales, including pellistri.
One player that I completely overlooked last season was Amad. I didn't believed he had that edge to play for man united. But after the Liverpool game, he has been constantly proving me wrong 😂.
that injury didn't help, but he has looked solid when he's had chances this season. sounds like he's in ten hag's plans, too.
It feels like Rabiot's management team wants to to control the narrative, but do it badly at times. Showing their inexperience in this area. Even now, the narrative that many clubs are 'interested', stinks of BS. Only a few clubs of stature could afford him, but many won't want him for his age, profile or wage. He has performed in Euros as it was his shop window, so not a good example of long term performance. I would rather have Scott because he is more dedicated, younger, more stamina and no offence ball issues .much better attitude. If we went for Rabiot, it means we have learnt nothing from Pogba era.
rabiot's issues at psg and the french team are a big sticking point for a lot of people and it's definitely a factor. being a free agent, though, is undoubtedly appealing and could be worth the risk for a lot of clubs. i saw west ham linked with him yesterday, as well. we'll see, though, but thanks for sharing your views and for checking out the channel!

Hey Sean, couldn't catch the Live; nice vid. Didn't see the Sancho thing coming at all... I'm with you on this; if they've resolved their issues great, let the lad put his head down and get back to work... I don't need anything more from him... his "apology" to fans will be on the pitch as far as I'm concerned... Kind of glad actually... was so glad we got him when he signed and if he can rekindle his true form consistently, it'll be great for us

Jim Ratcliffe came from humble beginnings in Failsworth Manchester and became a billionaire by buying failing chemical businesses installing the best management and moving on to buy the next failing business doing the same and doing it repeatedly. He turns around businesses. He has done the same at Old Trafford he has installed the finest football brains available. Unlike last season they won’t be allowing Ten Hag to buy players just because they are Dutch. They bought Zirkzee for his qualities and unlike the Glazers did it rapidly as soon as the Dutch team went out of the Euros and did it on their terms. Under the old amateur management this deal would have been haggled over till the last day of the transfer window and we would have overpaid.
