Brain-dumping in the morning. I have heard about doing it at night to get everything out before you go to bed for a better night sleep. I agree that sometimes just thinking of the to-do list in the morning makes me want to just go back to bed and not think about it.

I’m going to Japan for 13 days in a month, and I’m planning on taking only a carry on backpack! I practice packed everything and it all fits! All it takes is a little planning and creativity!

I have the same bag and I put my shoes in sideways so they didn't take up much room in the main compartment, but that didn't work for my boyfriend, he's got big feet 😅
