If it ain't funky it ain't Finzy? A channel for completely random fighting game stuffs, gameplay vids and mods. Including my own self made mods and maps for Serious Sam! I'm trying to get back to video making so will probably redesign stuff in the future. For now I'm mostly uploading replays and things I happen to like, or showcase my own modding projects. Fighting games wise, I used to play Soul Calibur VI quite a bit, nowadays I mostly play Granblue Versus Rising as my main game with some others on the side (I may not be totally amazing, but trying to learn). They took it away in the new builds unfortunately, they're still working on fixing issues with it. I'd hope that they come back though

This is simply unbelievable how they managed to make a PlayStation 1 game have online support I can't believe if this is possible does this mean that several other PlayStation 1 games can be online too maybe
Well the possibility is not zero, but this project took effort and 5 years of research into the game. Other games would be different in terms of scope and feasibility.

Lol, it's not really any faster but 60 fps makes it seem way smoother (the original plays at 30 fps, and you can still use that version if you want)

I haven't played CTR in years... How was the guy in first so far ahead in the first race? It looked like he was doing a skip near the finish line at a different spot than you.
I think there's some skips in Papu's Pyramid that I haven't tried yet, I mostly only have some experience from NF before

Right now, they’re still working to get items working against other players. However, I can see them creating a itemless race mode seeing as we never got it with NF.

ok to remove some items but with the bomb only (and it's useless in this game) it's kinda boring. It seems the game is for only tryharders who spent his life on the originial CTR and it's sad

Wow. Almost as if this mod was made by a team of some of the best players of this game. Also the mod is still in development so give it some time. Items or not, driving is the core of this game.
It's not bomb only, I'm pretty sure they agreed to not using items...
Reality check: This is a project that took years and the devs themselves said that atm the items aren't functional. So it defaults to a bomb to avoid breaking the game. This project isn't for "try harders", The issue is that turns out reverse engineering a full game from PS1 to make it fully compatible with online and to feel accessible wasn't easy. We have a fully playable build on our eyes and I feel like you should be a little more appreciate of that? In respect of ppl who've spent God knows how much time.

Why does no one use items during online races?
Because the weapons not work. Only the bomb is active and note work into other players.
its only client side(no netcode at the moment to support this.), and the bomb is forced to allow players use the shortcut in some tracks.
In next updates will be possible to use items or this would bee too difficult?@@bob-nt8xd

@@kraken5003it's not Blue Fire / USF, it's just Sacred Fire ( Yellow Fire ). USF is much faster and less controllable.

I love the original, everything so balanced. In the remake I hated the super turbo, the race ended in an instant and those who didn't know how to control it were at a disadvantage
