It’s 1 cup peanut butter 1 cup cream cheese or fat free if preferred 1 cup powdered sugar or sweetener 1 cup heavy cream or heavy whipping cream. Which makes a total of 8 servings Calories each serving with his ingredients if used which are the first ones listed in each step, vary depending on your peanut butter brand or cream cheese and what not but average calories for 1 serving would be 448 cals. Or could be a little lower depending on what alternatives you may use like low fat cream cheese or sweetener instead of powder sugar. All you gotta do is blend your sweetener to make it a powder substance that’s just like powder sugar it just breaks it up more. Also could use vanilla extract 1 tbsp if wanted but prolly not needed and it would add a few more calories but not much

Well doesn’t maple sugar contain sugar 😮 Instead of coconut milk you could try substitute with tender coconut pulp. Would taste amazing

I recently had to start eating more fiber due to health issues. I also need to be gluten free so most whole grains are out. Garbanzo bean pasta has way more fiber than regular pasta and as a bonus it is gluten free. I will add beans to pasta dishes to really boost the fiber. I also add psyllium to my morning protein shake. Thanks for the video, the timing is perfect for me.

My mom is prediabetic and I’m on a diet so I’m gonna be making stuff like this and I’m so happy to see good looking recipes and desserts because I swear to God part of the reason why people fail diets is because they restrain themselves and restrict themselves too much and then they can’t handle it and give up you’re allowed to enjoy good food and snacks

Can somebody else just be smart enough to add the ingredients according to serving size because clearly he can’t get it together enough to do it right the first time or after 100 people have commented saying this! So can someone please have the sense to just do it so the rest of us can actually try it

I found oats online qi’a cinnamon and pumpkin seed flavor packets. Hot is the best but over night is yum. With blueberries or blackberries but protein powder. Especially if you blend the mixture. Creamy.

1 cup of pinto beans is a whopping 15 grams of fiber! I like making bean burritos or a bean salad with red onion, garlic, olive oil, cucumbers, add anything, it's ao good.

Roughly how many cals?
Around 400-600 depending on the protein powder, almond butter / peanut butter and how many chocolate chips you use.

1 cup Self-rising flour ... 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt or Plain Regular Yogurt if that's what you have... if dough too sticky add little more flour ... can flour hands too ... experiment ... I've tried other things too.
