I can tell you are a little frustrated with where you are at and you are venting some. It is ok. You have a tremendous amount of stress and things going on and you are still very young. When Law School is all over, you will look back at this and be so happy that you did it. I am working on my 4th masters and will be in Law School in 4 years. I am older and do not work on building relationships with other students, I just am older and don't fit in, so I stopped trying and am there just to learn. While it would be nice to have many friends, I am there to learn and that is what I do. I will likely do a PhD when I am done with Law School and it makes me happy to learn. Disconnecting from the social dynamic makes it easier for me. I remember when you started UCLA Law and you were so enthusiastic. It is a natural thing you are going through. You will be done soon and your life will blossom. Maybe if you focus on that it will make your time easier there. Also, I study culinary and baking at a J.C. when time permits. You may like to do some of that yourself. I think Santa Monica City College may have some culinary classes when you are done with UCLA, if not there, there are a lot of Community Colleges around UCLA that would offer them. Keep up the good work. We are all pulling for you.

I like your videos. I am taking a break now for September. I just graduated from Seminary and will be taking time off from now until February. I am finishing a stent of going to mostly grad schools for about 12 years. I will be applying to law schools in September 2024 and I am not sure what to write for my essay. I will be applying to 10 schools. When I am done with Law School I now think I want to be a chaplain part time and also work as a part time attorney. I am not sure what application I will use in this. I feel like studying transactional law because I am not great on my feet. I am sure in time I can improve but I am a senior and right now do not want to put in that amount of time doing this, however I may. My question is what are your thoughts and advice in writing a personal statement? I think I want to study business law, but also I want to be a chaplain and do not know how to say this best. Thanks

Your White Counter Part are dropping stats and LSAT scores and studies hard. Are we tho? Only 650 African-American were accepted to Law School in 21-22 admission cycle in Texas but their 60, 900 Black Male in Federal Prison today but you do not want to drop your "Stats" because it was a Holistic Process.
