Is that thing bolted to the ground? Does it have to be?
I believe your smith machine safety uprights are upside down. I turned mine around and I can now walk under without worrying about hitting my head..
You said 2.5 hours to install? That’s impossible
Just curious, when did you tighten the frame bolts down?
@richard just confirm the number should face the inside of the machine. At the top of the chrome upright it should be marked L and R meaning left and right
@Richard you should be standing in front of the machine looking into it. You will then put the chrome upright in with the numbers facing the side of the machine. Please let me know if you need more details and i will set up a video call.
Thanks very much Basil, I should be right now!!
Great videos! Can I please confirm the orientation of the chrome uprights. My manual says the "Left" and "Right" are determined as if you are standing behind the machine looking forward. You have them installed with the left and right as if you are standing in front of the machine looking at it. Can I please confirm which way is correct? Thanks.
Very interesting and good explanation! 🥇 Brother, one question, what is the measurement of the INSIDE of the cage (where the bar rests) for high traffic cages, I see that some have measurements of 49", others 47", others less. I have that little doubt.🙏🏻🙏🏻 💪🏻🇵🇪👍🏻
Thank you so much!! This was sooo helpful!! 🙏🏽
Hello is the smith machine bar suitable for 28mm discs?
Super vos vidéos, merci les gars ! Sinon, attention, vous commettez une erreur avec la barre centrale en haut, vous l'avez montée à l'envers. les deux trous ne sont pas devant, mais derrière pour le support TV, j'ai failli me faire avoir...
this part finishes off with screwing in the cable and next part, 8, is missing the installation. Can you please re-up the missing steps!
This is the only video that went in depth with the attachments like this. I am eagerly awaiting delivery of my Force USA G6!
trying to decide between the f50 and the g9 i think i prefer the width and height of the f50 but the pullys are 2:1 and worried I'm going to max out the low row weight as its effectively only going to be 50kg? which is also pretty awful when doing a lat pulldown
How u doing g brotha? . I sold my prx rack and Valor lat pull down machine and some other equipment so iam looking for stuff to buy...I was looking at the rhino belt squat plus rack and it looks like I can do tons of exercises with it besides belt squats I can even add a slinger to do lat pull downs too. Anyways been thinking everyday what to buy..ether the rhino belt squat plus rack or rep fitness with ares or one of thoes all in one functio al trainners like brute force and it comes with leverage arms, weight stack, smith machine, cable system. etc...etc..all these machines are all close to the same price about $4000. I know it's my decision but if you were in my shoes what would you prefer. I habe 2 lower buldging disk in my lower back so belt squats will be cool I guess. I know rep has a belt squat attachment too. Anyways iam looking for the one that is more versatile
Guys for the love of God please re-upload this properly, there's parts missing and people could really benefit from this tutorial if it were complete.
great
That tip alone is worth its weight in gold, thank you!
Thank you! You Sir, are a legend!
Cool
Is there somewhere I can get a complete list of exercises?
You reckon the option for the G3 straight pull up bar will be available again? Hate having a low ceiling man 😂
Thanks guys, just got my G15, was not sure on the attachments, Sydney Australia 🇦🇺
It's 2 inches too tall. Won't be able to open my garage door. 😒
is there an opportunity to rebuy the adjustable cablegrip? I have the previous version.
Thank you . . You have convinced me to buy a ForceUSA G3 . . . Cheers . .
Glad you found your perfect match 🎉
@@forceUSAzaFitnessNetwork Thank you .. I have already placed my order .. Now waiting for it's arrival ..
so how you like it? what was the cost when you brought it /
Hi’ I have the G12. I had someone build it for me and it seems as though the cables for the plates is very tight. When I perform a lay pull down with 20lbs it feels like 60lbs. What are your thoughts? Could you upload a video explaining what would make it feel heavier than what I’m actually lifting?
Make sure your cables are routed correctly
What is the total height of this
Good Day Michael, The assembled dimensions for this unit is: W: 210cm, (with the Olympic bar: 220cm); D:175cm; H:232cm. if you have any further questions you can contact me directly on [email protected]
F50 looks like to be too big. I prefer the G3
Best piece of gym equipment I've bought! This is a beast, does everything
Does this need to be or can it be mounted to the wall?
Is the leg press attachment compatible with the f50 or is it designed solely for the g3? Cheers
From a free weight perspective with functional smiths, the G3 is one of the best budget options on the market due to its westside spacing point of difference and that the safeties are a lot longer at 44cm compared to most other models on the market that seem to always be in the more narrower 30-40cm range. As a bench press enthusiast I feel more expensive models fail bigtime in this regard cheaping out on those specs, though if you're not big on free weights then it wouldn't matter much end of the day
Can the G3 and F50 take 1” plates as well or just 2” Olympic plates? Is it just that G1 that accommodates the 1” with adaptor covers? Many thanks
Thanks for the clear explanation!
What is the weight limit of the barbel that is included.
If this rack is against the wall, will I be able to bench press within the rack?
Lol doh
Just Smith Machine missing...
I looked at the instruction booklet before buying and it put me off self-installation because it looked very difficult, but this helped a lot. Thanks
Says in the video 2:1 pulley ratio. I thought g9 was 1:1?
Hi Rhydian, the Cable ratio when using a single cable or one side at a time is 2:1. in the case of using both cables simultaneously it becomes a 1:1 ratio due to the single shuttle system. We have a dedicated team of product specialists who will be more than happy to assist you on our chat platform: www.gymandfitnessequipment.co.uk
Thanks. Is the middle row 1:1?
@@rhydiananderson9027 Yes, that's correct.
How much does it cost?
I know what I'm spending my tax refund on
The rough question is.... This G9 or the G12? Is it worth the extra money for the G12?🤩🤩🤩
