Martina Eberl Coaching - EN

Hello, I am Martina Eberl former LET and LPGA Tour player and run Martina Eberl Coaching. As a multiple winner on the Ladies European Tour I've been one of the most successful German golfers. Since I stopped playing professionally myself, I try to pass on my knowledge and skills around golf to everyone out there. I do private lessons at the Golf Club Odelzhausen near Munich, host golf and fitness events, and also try to share tips and ways to progress in your own game on KZread and Instagram. Enjoy my content and good luck on the fairways out there! I am looking forward to your feedback.

This tip has helped me enormously, you mentioned it in passing in an earlier video and I immediately improved my aim! I ignore the T box alignment and just look at the direction I want to hit, choosing a tree in the distance or a post or the flag if it’s visible. Many thanks for a clear simple explanation as always. 😎

Good little nuggets in there! What held you back from using your putter instead of your hybrid?

At some point it is too far to have a good feeling with the distance judging and the putter. There I prefer the Hybrid, cause it gets the ball out quicker .... Just try it!

Depends how tight. Of course at some point the bounce could be in your way... Then you need to play it a bit differently. I would cut it a bit more with the leading edge. Hope you understand what I mean by saying that...

I love your instructions BECAUSE they focus on the very basics that us amateurs need and likely never master. This particular video may be the most insightful I have ever seen on controlling the low point to compress the ball and take a divot. None of the other instruction I have followed have ever explained the low point in this matter. In fact, the "new" emphasis in teaching is focused on shallowing the club which will result in tops or fats UNLESS you implement your teaching on the low point. Thank you. Today was my FIRST day to try this on the course and I hit every fairway and 14 greens.......shot 4 over. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
