    Where does the tip of the bumper bracket sit? I just installed the same bumper and my bracket seems to poke out a little farther than the bottom of the bumper and I feel like it might not be right

    Great job love what you have done with the car. I recently bought a Ralliart for my son. I do have a Evo 10 for myself but was looking at the rear of my Evo and wanted to put a Evo rear bumper on but noticed my Evo quarter panel is wider than the regular lancer body. How did you get the rear bumper to fit?

    If i were to get one could i leave it completely stock and still put these parts on it? Im fairly new im sure thats a dumb question but i would like to know would if harm the car in anyway causing it to go slower, Is it a good daily, and say for areas with steep hills or mountains i really want one but i definitely don't want another car thats gonna struggle like my 06 accord in places like TN and WV

    So why not just buy the Ralliart? I get the cost deferences but the ralliart came turbo awd and cost less than a evo, but still mad props to the build looks really clean

    While it looks nice, a "fake" upbadged Lancer is just embarrassing. It's fine to do it for looks, but an actual Evo is 4WD with an AYC/ACD, not to mention a turbo, your base model is not. This is no different than someone putting Hellcat badges on their Challenger or Type R stickers on a Civic.

    Hi, you may not answer bc the video is old but did the two bolts were enough to hold the spoiler for all the years and didn’t moved at higher speeds. I live in Germany so I mean +130mph with higher speeds. 😁 And is the third hole unnecessary or is why did you didn’t drill it? Greetings

    Thanks for your question. Yes the two bolts were enough I haven’t had an issue. The fastest I travel at is around 90. And I didn’t make the third hole, didn’t think it was necessary.

    @@JRevs Ok, thanks for the answer. I might add the third hole, because the Tüv (the Organization which inspects all vehicles here, including when I change stuff like spoilers) might have a problem with that. So I better add that. But thanks for the quick answer, it will help me with my Lancer to Evo Project

    How thick was that? And where do you buy sheets of that. I want to do my front wheel wells and under flap that goes under the bumper and to the front of the bumper. The flap always gets eaten away from.asphault when loose. What store you buy it at

    Man, as someone that just bought a 350 and is planning on swapping the bumper out, huge thanks. Definitely gonna use that thread tapping method to secure the bumper, looks so much better than having ugly ass bumper ties sticking out. Much appreciated.

    Also an ex Evo FE owner , and a current low mile 2017 se Owner, the non evo gets me there an home faster , the evo X Has to be warmed up. I also prefer the Fwd/4wd setup

    I prefer unweighted. Where my shifter sits is really close to my radio and if I'm not careful can knock it out of gear with the extra weight. So I like unweighted so it's less likely to get knocked out of gear. Don't ask how I found that out🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

    Your thinking is spot on and I fully agree. Buying a standard Lancer and upgrading it to look like an Evo X is so much cheaper, it also means you have a way more practical, reliable, easier to maintain, and much cheaper to run car that still gets the benefits of looking amazing. People always care more about less important stats like BHP and torque rather than the less exciting but much more important stats like MPG, insurance and tax costs, reliability and maintenance. Honestly, I'd much rather have your car than an actual Evo X. The choice is simple: pay tens of thousands more for the car, pay much much more for running costs, have to do more maintenance and have a less reliable car, in exchange for better lap times and bragging rights, or have none of those disadvantages, way more money left in your pocket, just in exchange for not winning races that you barely do anyways. The latter choice is much better and you chose wisely.

    Nice video overall,prices are little low in usa vs europe,for example you cant get a hood for under 700 dolars,also you have labor work(in your case,you did all by yourself,but most car guys either do some of it/none of the labor) so you have to also add labor work money(let's say 500-2000 dollars,depending what you've done to the body of the car). At 5:55 sorry to dissapoint,but just in romania we have a few lancers identical with yours ;) I dont even know how many there are in europe.
