    The Ibanez is the cheapest of the three but it has the more all around sound. The Hofner has a great electric sound in all 3 position. But the acoustic is kinda muddy The Eastman has the best mix sound. And the clear winner But the thing is, all three sounds amazing. All are just a matter of preference.

    @@adrianmolinamusic like the tru-gloss finish. It has a nice smell and sounds woody. And yes the price is right for what we are getting. A hand carved solid wood arch top. That would cost a small fortune if it was made by a small American boutique guitar shop. 10k+? Probably the only awkward thing is the tail piece. I would have used either an ornate bell brass tail piece or something completely made out of ebony. Ebony over brass ok. It is good enough for the money.

    My AF95 sounds almost the same as yours when unplugged. It is underwhelming and somewhat quieter than other full hollow body guitars I have heard. Now for the pros it looks amazing and plays like a dream so plugged in I would be every bit as happy with it but I like to play unplugged a lot so those Heritage tones made me jealous. Nice comparison, thank you.

Une télé knoxville gear4music plus clair aussi (pas aussi clair qu une jet télé ou fender ) donc bien pour jazz mais son plus fin que l ibanez et l epiphone qui ont micros double . I too have just stumbled into your channel. Very nice, musical playing and great sound, whether the 13's or the 10's, they both sound excellent. Kudos for your fine touch! It was that string gauge question I've been considering myself. I use a hybrid D'Adarrio Chrome set 13,15,20,28,38,48 "fat top with lighter bottoms". My favourite gauge back in my blues/rock days.....long long ago, were any 10-46 set. However I'm having dual issues of wanting clearer chords, singing melodies while also wanting to lighten the touch under my LH. I'm no youngster and finding the work a little too hard. And BTW, I'm interested to know what pick you use...same for both performances? Thank you for posting.

  • @adrianmolinamusic
    @adrianmolinamusic3 ай бұрын

    Thanks a lot! I really appreciate it. I know that finding the “right” strings for yourself can be a long and complicated journey, but one of the things that helped me the most is to keep an open mind and try other things that might not be well considered in the style you are playing. Worst case scenario trying something you don't like gives you more perspective and points you in the direction of finding what you're looking for.
