  A hack for removing air from the freezer bags,just seal almost all the way,but leave a small hole at the end,put in a drinking straw,suck out all the air and seal completely.

  That bit about our parents wanting us to eat large amounts of food in one seating is something I can relate to 😂😂😂. I can also vouch for Ovaltine and fermented porridge. i used it with my first baby. I'm about to have my second and I needed to remind myself of the things I need to ensure I have enough milk supply. Great video, very informative and keep it up.
